I've been to this venue many times before. I liked the fact that it was local and bringing in new events to the area so I was trying to support them but my last visit here was down right shocking. I paid $50 for the single worst steak dinner of my life! The rolls were hard as rocks and cold, and certainly from a package, not homemade! The rice was bland, the pea and carrots seemed canned and soggy and again bland, bland, bland....reminded me of institution food, bulk ordered, mass produced, no seasoning, no presentation on the plate whatsoever, nothing! Than the disgusting steak, it was about 1/4" thick, completely raw inside, fatty and grisly and tough as rubber, there was no sear on it whatsoever....painfully obvious it was beyond amateur cooking! We were not given steak knives! Everyone at the table was sitting there hacking away at this rubber steak with only butter knives! IT WAS OBVIOUS TO THE WAIT STAFF this meal was garbage as most plates went back to the kitchen half full! Again, the single most disgusting meal I've EVER BEEN SERVED! When I asked for a steak knife the waitress looked at me like I had three heads and said, "We don't have any steak knives." Seriously? What kind of establishment serves steaks w/o steak knives?! I wound up sending the steak back as it was too raw to eat! The owner, Tom, gave me a total attitude about sending it back too! When he returned my now overcooked steak he had also reheated my rice and peas/carrots! He put the entire plate in the oven...he recooked the rest of my food, making the entire thing inedible. When he brought it back he brought a paring knife from the kitchen....a paring knife! Me and three other people shared it to cut our steaks!!!! The following day I messaged them on Facebook to tell them I was not pleased with the service or food I was told, "We can't afford steak knives." and "Sorry you hate our establishment so much." You can't afford steak knives? Umm...well...they're not anything special but the Dollar Tree has steaks knives for....$1.00....go buy 50 of them until you can afford nicer ones. Dollar Store steak knives are better than NO STEAK KNIVES when serving steak at $50 a plate! As for me "hating your establishment". I didn't until this fiasco! I was a supporter! Instead of simply apologizing for the poor service and insanely low quality of the food served they BLOCKED ME on Facebook! I really think this should show anyone thinking about this place....don't! The food is of the lowest quality possible, the service is BEYOND HORRIBLE! The owner "Tom" has a rotten attitude, he is in no way meant to deal with the public and "GUESTS". Good job turning off a regular paying customer and GUEST at your venue! I WAS a fan, WAS a supporter, NEVER AGAIN!

Very rude and unprofessional. Several other occasions were the customers seemed to be wasting her time. Adds extra "charges or fees" at the end of events. I would never do business again or recommends them to anyone.
