Facilities and Capacity
Small Grand Things is a venue that offers chic-style in a scenic setting. Couples can choose to say ”I do” in one of the property's numerous outdoor sites. They can host an idyllic woodland ceremony surrounded by mature oak trees or a tasteful garden-celebration overlooking the waters of a calm pond. The main venue, The Pavilion, is a purpose-built structure that makes the most of its natural surroundings. Natural light shines throughout its interior from large floor-to-ceiling windows, and its bright, white color scheme further accentuates the room’s airy quality. Extremely spacious, artful chandeliers hang from its high ceiling, under which up to 300 guests can mingle and have fun. The room is divided into two distinct areas, the central floor and a large mezzanine that allows the head table to dine overlooking the party. The Bridal Lounge offers a place of calm retreat from the celebrations and can be used as a get-ready space leading up to the ceremony. At night’s end, the Bridal Suite offers a comfortable space in which the couple can rest their heads. Furniture, such as tables and chairs, is included with the rental of the property. There is ample parking on-site.
