Sayira did a fantastic job coordinating our wedding especially after being hired only 4 months prior. Since my fiance and I both lived on opposite ends of the country we knew we needed a full service planner, but we were on a budget. Hiring her was the best decision we could have made. There are so many hidden aspects to planning a wedding (ie vendor insurances, approved vendor lists etc) that we would have never even thought to consider (and really didn't want too). Sayira not only knew about all these aspects but was a pro at dealing with them. She had a lot of experience at the venues we were looking at, and helped us pick and negotiate our venue and vendors down to fit our budget and our personalities. We absolutely loved all the vendors she recommended as her previous experience has lead her to have great relationships with many of our vendors. She did a great job during the planning process and on the day of the wedding and mehndi. We don't know what we would have done without her! She is very organized and diligently kept in contact with all our vendors about timelines, budgets and contract negotiations. She is someone that truly enjoys all aspects of the wedding planning process, it shows in her attitude and her work ethic. She was great in keeping us and our parents up to date about the process and any hiccups that arose and was quick to deal with them. It was so great not having to worry about anything the day of my wedding knowing that Sayira had everything under control. We are still getting so many compliments about how well organized everything was, and compliments specifically about how great our planner was. She understood all the cultural and religious aspects of the wedding which we really appreciated. We would definitely hire her again for my sisters wedding without reservation.
