We hired Stephany and her team at SK Event Specialists for the last month before the wedding including the day-of-wedding in-person service. Even before the final month, Stephany spoke with us to explain how to use her website and was available with tips and advice while we were planning our vendors and details of the wedding. During the last month and on the day of the event, she and her team coordinated with the hotel and vendors to make the wedding and reception run seamlessly. She even made three bridal party tables magically appear on the day of the ceremony after they were mistakenly canceled by the rental company! She personally knew the florist and photographer and had an easy rapport with them, and all involved. While the Polaris is a beautiful venue, she made working with a large and busy hotel so easy for our family and the bridal party. We highly recommend Stephany and her team!

Stephany was such an amazing addition to our wedding. She went above and beyond to help this day go so smoothly. From asking her opinions about my dress, to getting last minute photographers and DJ at a very reasonable rate/cost to help us stay within our budget. My now wife and I ended up getting married recently, and we had Bella as our wedding coordinator. Let me tell ya, she did GREAT! The day flowed unbelievably smooth. My wife and I didn't have to lift a finger. From the pre ceremony activities, to the ceremony, and through the reception, everything flowed so well!
