My fiancé purchase my engagement ring here without me having any say. He picked a Tacori band and diamond that was just unbelievably amazing! I get many compliments on it till this day. Planning on going back to them for our wedding rings. One thing is that they charge to sizing of the band which is surprising since most places include it. Besides that we were very happy with our purchase.

I've been a customer for many years, bought thousands of dollars of items. I recently bought a 1600 replacement wedding band. I am very careful with it, never wear it anywhere it might get damaged, yet after only two weeks it has many scratches. I tried to return it, they refused. They did offer to polish it for me whenever I was in town. Parking in Boston is expensive, today's visit to attempt to return it took over an hour of travel time, plus $40 in parking.

I will never purchase from them again.
