We used Indigo Rain Event Works for our candy table/buffet provider for our March 9th wedding and were extremely satisfied! My husband and I went back and forth for a while about whether or not we should just set up our own candy table. Then, we decided to start to get pricing for a vendor to provide the service to us.
At that time, I sought out Julie from Indigo. We met up with Julie at a location of our choosing and got down to business. Immediately, Julie told us that she was willing to completely work with any budget that we were on. This drew our attention since we were on a tight budget. She showed us pictures of previous weddings and provided us with an enormous list of candies that we could choose from.
We knew we wanted to sign with Julie but were worried that she would be out of budget. I contacted her and let her know the situation. She was extremely flexible with working with us to come to a price that we felt comfortable with.
Once we told her the theme of our wedding, she got to work on brainstorming a matching theme for our wedding. She came up with a great idea that made me feel that we were definitely on the same page! Then, she did a site visit to our hall to make sure that what she had in mind would complement the hall as well.
When we arrived to the hall, I was taken a back at how stunning the table looked. She set is up in a way that could be photographed for a magazine! The candy never ran low because she stocked enough to satisfy the number of guests that attended our wedding. Also, she had provided us with Chinese takeout boxes which she let us decorate prior to the wedding. They were such a cute addition that acted as our favor.
At the end of the night, Julie and her crew came and deconstructed the table and bagged up the remaining candy which they sent us home with.
Julie is the sweetest woman in the world and was a complete pleasure to work with! I highly, highly recommend Indigo Rain to any bride and groom.
