Simply Complex Media Productions (SimComMedia) is a photography and videography company located in North Reading, Massachusetts. Tim Colomba, the photographer and owner of the company, works under the slogan "made with love", which is evident in his enthusiasm during his shoots. He works with his couples to turn their visions into tangible, emotional memories that are driven by this love of art. Tim blends his experience in photography, filming, and music production to create products that reflect his unique style. Tim is comfortable working with couples in a collaborative style in order to deliver photographs aligned with their aestetic vision. He is also willing to work in an independent and unobtrusive way for couples who only want candid and authentic moments captured.

Experience

Tim Colomba founded Simply Complex Media Productions, also known as SimComMedia, in 2009 after graduating from Boston University's Center for Digital Imaging Arts. Since then, he has produced photography and video projects for fashion, biotech, corporate, and private clients in a variety of places.

Services Offered

The company offers photography and videography services for weddings and engagements. The company's wedding photography package includes six hours of coverage, access to final images, and travel for up to 150 miles. The company offers a variety of optional add-ons for this package, including:

Professional, Engaging and Wonderful!

Tim was wonderful to work with! Extremely professional and quite engaging to keep our two year old focused on taking photos during our session! He suggested a wonderful location. Tim’s quality of work is beautiful! He had an extremely quick turnaround to us with our photos and his edits were wonderful. We look forward to working with Tim in the future and would highly recommend him to our family and friends!

Tim made us look like Pinterest models - seriously, book now

Tim was absolutely the best. As non-Instagram folks, the bride & I are quite awkward around cameras. If Tim can make us look good, he can look anyone look great!

I've learned that for a wedding, it's really nice to have some model-like posed photos; this is where Tim's expertise really, really shines. You will seriously come out looking so amazing, happy, cool, & natural, you'll wonder if the photos are from your wedding, or someone's Pinterest board.

He was extremely professional & responsive. The best part is he got some amazing pictures of our pets too! We are all forever grateful to Tim for giving us gems to cherish for the rest of our lives.

Beautiful videography by SimComMedia

Simply Complex Media Productions did an excellent job capturing our wedding day! They were extremely professional and were there to capture not only the ceremony but the greeting of our family and friends afterwards. They got back to us with the full length ceremony video AND a beautifully edited highlight reel less than one month after our ceremony. Thanks again, Tim, and SimComMedia!

Best Vendor + Best Memories

Tim was an absolute dream to work with and we could not be happier with our wedding video. I initially waffled about having a wedding video -- but I am SO SO HAPPY TIM MADE OUR VIDEO. Tim's gorgeous creation is my absolute favorite memento of our special day. We do not love our actual photos and are beyond grateful that we had a video to capture our day. In addition to his wonderful skill, Tim is just about the kindest, most caring and genuine person you will ever work with. You will not be disappointed if you hire him, I promise.

Would recommend!

Tim was our wedding photographer. He was recommended by a friend and he did NOT disappoint! He's got a very comfortable, friendly personality which is handy if you get nervous in front of the camera. He was always observing the surroundings and weather (mixed day of rain and sun) to be sure he got the best possible shots and got use of the venue's options. Tim was also great at helping us pose. We ended up with an amazing amount of photos, he did an excellent job capturing everything we'd asked and then some! I would definitely recommend him!

Wedding Photography

Tim took some photos the morning of my wedding back in September. It was a last minute request as my wedding was an hour away and my photographer was already at the venue. I didn’t even think about the getting ready photos. I was amazed by how accommodating he was. The pictures came out amazing and they weren’t even the wedding pictures - just the getting ready pictures!! I highly recommend him!!

Engagement Photos

Tim is amazing at what he does. We had some engagement photos done on Martha’s Vineyard by him and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. He knows the perfect lighting, right angles, and also makes you feel super comfortable. I would highly recommend him for wedding photography. I have also seen his videography work and it’s great!!

The most beautiful photos to forever treasure..

Tim was the photographer for my September 2018 wedding and we could not have picked a better person! Right from the begining stages he was extremely caring and thoughtful when it came to planning our special day and making it everything we wanted. He was very thorough with the planning process and very professional he paid great attention to all the little details that were important to us. He made our day so much easier and more relaxed just knowing he was taking care of everything we had previously discussed.
