What a stunning venue. SOC helped create the wedding of our dreams. It is such a beautiful, intimate space while simultaneously being able to accommodate a large number of guests. We had so many of our guests compliment the space. Paula was our designated wedding coordinator, and she was so kind and easy to work with! The owners, Ron and Sandi, are also incredible people. We are so thankful we went with Silver Oaks Chateau!

If you are looking for the most beautiful wedding venue with the most outstanding owners and staff, then Silver Oaks Chateau is the venue for you. As the MOB, I toured several venues with the bride and Silver Oaks was the only location that would make my daughter’s wedding day vision a reality. From our first tour with Ron (owner) then to Gabby, the most accommodating and helpful Event Direct in the universe, to my communications with Sandra (owner) after the fact, we had the most incredible experience at Silver Oaks Chateau.
You can already see from photos how gorgeous the Chateau and surrounding property is and with the new waterfall, there are so many places for beautiful pictures and so many spaces to make your wedding your own and the design possibilities are enormous. The bridal suite and groom’s room are convenient and special. The amount of parking is outstanding. But what sets this venue apart from all others is the staff.
Gabby was our Event Director and there are not enough words to describe her professionalism and just willingness to help make our event the best it could be. The bride and I both live in Kansas City so we had to plan this event as a destination wedding. I was only able to make it to St. Louis a few times. Each time, there were measurements that I needed to take all over Silver Oaks Chateau in order to effectively design and plan my daughter’s wedding. Each time, Gabby was willing to open up the property for me in the middle of the day in the middle of the week and I am just sure she wasn’t even scheduled to be on property those days. Gabby worked with me so closely to make sure the reception and ceremony areas were set up just the way we wanted for the day and were willing to move furniture around or back and forth as we moved from ceremony to the cocktail hour (the patio is chef’s kiss!) to the reception. She was there all day making sure every expectation was met and that we stayed on track. Additionally, Gabby worked with our Day of Coordinator and all of our vendors with ease.
Gabby sent me some photos the day after the wedding which was so thoughtful and she just truly treats you like a friend.
Ron stayed until the end of cleanup and shut the gates for the night himself. The next morning, one of the bridesmaids thought she may have left something in the bridal suite and Sandra was there already and was able to let me in to quickly look for the item.
The bride and bridesmaids were able to stay on property the night before the wedding at the Chalet and the bride and groom stayed there on their wedding night. You must see this amazing home for yourselves. The girls had plenty of room to spread out and we did hair and makeup at the Chalet all morning on the day of the wedding. The MOG did not have the rehearsal dinner at the Chalet but we could have and just the vibe of the home (and games in the basement!) make this a serious contender for a rehearsal dinner or after party.
Again, Silver Oaks Chateau was the perfect venue for my daughter’s wedding. I now can’t imagine her wedding taking place anywhere else that would provide such a wonderful backdrop and a staff providing such a perfect day. A must see!

We had our July 2022 wedding at Silver Oaks and cannot recommend it enough. We actually booked the venue based on a zoom tour and could not have been happier with our choice. With each following in-person visit we fell more and more in love with this venue, and it was amazing for our Sunday Brunch wedding theme. Our guests and family adored the venue, and the Silver Oaks team made all the difference in executing our wedding day. They let us move our time up to what we wanted and have so many stunning places to take pictures on the grounds.

Everyone has a top priority when planning a wedding - for us, our top priority was having a beautiful location where we could have both the ceremony and reception. This made Silver Oaks Chateau the perfect choice.

The venue is gorgeous. The grounds are beautifully maintained and filled with flowers and trees. The venue has a lovely patio with a great fire place. And the inside is beautiful. You can tell the team cares about the space. Every room looks well-maintained, even the ones you might not see on a tour. The venue is also handicapped accessible - my grandma has been to several weddings where she had to use a back entrance. Not at Silver Oaks Chateau! She was thrilled that the staff was so accommodating and the venue made her experience so wonderful.

And the staff is absolutely fabulous. They made planning our wedding easy - asking great questions and giving us ample time to look around the space and plan. Our day of coordinator, Paula, made our wedding day run smoothly. I only realized after I saw pictures that our baker forgot to put the flowers on our cake. Paula handled the issue before I even noticed something hadn't been done!

Being able to decide day of whether to have the ceremony inside or outside was another great benefit. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful day for an outside wedding - but I felt reassured knowing that the inside of Silver Oaks Chateau was just as beautiful.

We also appreciated that we were able to use the arbors at Silver Oaks Chateau. It was just one additional element that made our wedding seamless. It was one more thing we didn't have to worry about.

We highly recommend choosing Silver Oaks Chateau for your wedding. You won't regret it! We can only hope that we are able to return soon - this time as guests!

I was told of Silver Oaks from a friend and as soon as we saw photos it just clicked this is where we wanted to have our wedding. Not only do the pictures draw you in, but the Silver Oaks team could not have been nicer to work with. Alyssa was our Day of Coordinator, however she was so much more and we are so thankful we got to work with her. She kept me excited and stress-free when we had to change our wedding dates due to covid and she was always available for advice and answers to our questions. The meetings you get to have before hand really preps the event and they are with you through the whole process. It felt like a whole family planning our big day with us. Having a venue with every single thing you could imagine, not only for the Bride and Groom( have you checked out the cool Bride and Groom suites?!), but for our vendors and caterers, is priceless. It worked like a well oiled machine over there and they do a fantastic job keeping the party going! Shawn and I thank you all so much for housing one of the best days of our lives! Silver Oaks will always be in our hearts.

This place is one of the most high end venues I've ever had the privilege of working at! The facade is gorgeous, the inside is so spacious for many guests, and the swing out back is just to die for! I was lucky enough to photograph at this venue during peak fall colors, which simply took my breath away! This venue is a knockout!

If I could live in Silver Oaks Chateau, I would. Hands down. My husband and I knew this would be our venue the moment we entered. It is absolutely, breathtakingly beautiful. Every single guest commented on how beautiful it was. The bridal suite is equally as beautiful and comfortable fit me, my 5 bridesmaids, and 3 mothers. The groom's room is cozy and spacious. We had 9 full grown men in there with food and tons of beer and there was plenty of room. Alyssa was our event manager and she was key in helping our day run smoothly. She handled all of the communications with the vendors, kept our day running on time, and kept everyone in line. Ron and Sandi, the owners, treated us like their own children. They were warm and welcoming and quickly responded to our questions. I cannot say enough good things about this venue and the people!

Silver Oaks Chateau was the venue where our son recently was married. The venue is absolutely perfect - from the decor, bridal room, groom’s room, patio with fireplace, and staff. Our experience was absolutely perfect and I see why Silver Oaks is so popular and a highly coveted venue for
