Facilities and Capacity
The highlight of our facilities are the Davidson and Foothills Ranches, ideal for hosting both intimate and grand weddings alike. With expansive meadows for an outdoor + indoor integrated gathering setting, these venues offer the full-package. The bunkhouse-style nature of these large spaces allows for up to 75 overnight guests to sleep on camp-style mattresses, and "bring-your-own-sleeping-bag style". Ideally, these spaces also function as group-campsites and up to 10 camping-size tents may be used for overnight accommodations as well. Each Ranch includes a commercial kitchen with large ovens and stoves, as well as commercial fridge and freezer. Did you notice the central fireplace?-- we include two full racks of firewood for each reservation.

The Ceremony Meadow and McKenzie Meadow within the Smith Creek Village are two lush, grassy meadows for ceremonies and receptions of up to 100 guests. The Big Leaf Dining Hall has been transformed into a full-service Coffeehouse, and is available to the public from 7am-2pm, daily-- only the exterior gathering area, Bonfire Courtyard, is available for weddings at this time.

The South Falls Lodge, formerly rented out by previous concessionaires for OPRD, is no longer available for private rental.

If a destination wedding and plenty of guest accommodations is within your needs, your guests can enjoy the charming and rustic accommodations of the four meadow lodges, tiny cabins, and the honeymoon Calypso Cottage at the Smith Creek Village. These overnight options all provide locally sourced in-room amenities, like plastic-free soaps from Silver Falls Sustainability Co. and the Silver Falls Coffee Co.! The Upper Tiny Cabins offer the most authentic outdoor + rustic stay, whereas the lodges and cottage include more modern tech-- like a Roku TV, microwave, mini-fridge, and 12-pot coffee maker.
