We hired Andrea Ball as our "day of" coordinator and she did an outstanding job that made our wedding so much more enjoyable as she took so much of the stress out of it. While we did much of the vendor selection and planning (site, florist, cake) on our own, Andrea reviewed contracts for us, came with us to planning meetings, and recommended vendors for areas we had not yet found one. She found people on short notice when things came up (e.g. piano player for our cocktail reception) and made sure that we had thought through all the issues for the day of our wedding. But the real value was on the day of the wedding. Andrea had everything moving on time, with little stress, and it just made things move by so smoothly. Andrea has great working relationships throughout the area which adds to her value in making sure things get done without a hitch -- and if there is a hitch - she'll fix it before it becomes a problem. Worth every penny and then some.

Both myself and new husband have no idea how we would have planned our entire wedding without Signature Events. Andrea is worth her weight in gold. She seemed to know everyone in the business and made us feel very confident in her, so we booked her on the spot. She helped me create the most amazing wedding ever! We were able to plan an extraordinary wedding with the exceptional help of Andrea owner of Signature Events. When it comes to wedding and event planning she has a wealth of valuble experience. My daughter's wedding ceremony was outdoors (250 people) requiring a tent, chairs, string quartet, etc. The reception was indoors but we had to rent everything from silverware and dishes to linens, tables and chairs. Andrea was able to recommend the best and most reasonably priced venders, she created a beautiful backdrop and head table, she attended both the ceremony and reception, overseeing and expertly organizing everything. Andrea is an enthusiastic, hard working problem solver whose goal is to get the job done and keep people happy and that she did!
