Deliciously amazing. I cannot say enough about Brooke's talent & ease with fabric. She is a natural at creating beauty out of the ordinary. On top of extraordinary creations, she is delightful to work with. Her friendliness & warmth made me feel much more comfortable than I thought I'd be, and in spite of her exceptional talent, she is humble & easygoing & makes the entire process fun. She is a goddess of fabric.

Brooke is amazing! We came to her with my fiance/husbands grandmothers wedding dress and asked her to make it in to something for me. It was an especially precious piece because unfortunately, just a few months before we met with her, she passed away suddenly from lung cancer. So the dress meant a whole lot.

We gave her LOTS of time, an entire year, so the process was really fun. We took our time, had lots of fun fittings with friends and family, and it was just the perfect experience. It was amazing to have input from both sides of the family as well as my best friends. Brooke knew exactly how to take our mismatched ideas and turn them in to something gorgeous. The dress came out to be better than I could have ever imagined.

She's also such a sweetie and so professional. I love love loved coming to fittings with her and she made us feel so at home with tea and a lovely setting. I highly recommend her to anyone for any sort of design needs.

Brooke was so easy to work with - I showed up with a basic idea of wanting my wedding dress to feel like a t-shirt, be lightweight & airy (not like the ones on the rack - goodness those are heavy!), and to have straps so I wouldn't have to squirm around in my bodice all night - little did I know what a piece of art would come of it! Brooke is very easy to be around, has great ideas, is a very skilled seamstress & designer, and even though she is the expert she completely welcomed my design ideas (which is I guess a pretty important part of the design process).

Brooke was able to create a simple but absolutely lovely gown in a very short amount of time - and although I did not have an heirloom gown to re-create (which is her specialty), I have one now!

The dress itself felt like pajamas (per my request) - as the inner layer was made of modal, and was very lightweight - I could have slept in it!

I could not have been more pleased with the gown Brooke designed and crafted for my wedding. Not only did she create an amazing gown, she was also a joy to work with. The dress was perfect in every way--I wish I had another excuse to wear it! I felt beautiful and elegant, and I received countless compliments on the gown throughout the wedding day. I brought Brooke a wedding gown that had been in my family for two generations, and hoped that she could use the gown to build my dress. She was able to salvage a significant part of the family dress to create an amazing, unique dress for me. I was proud to be the third generation to wear the dress--and I have Brooke to thank for that! Brooke was kind and patient as we moved through the design process. We met many times and exchanged numerous emails to settle on a design. I had many moments of indecisiveness, and in those moments she would pour us a cup of tea and we would walk through the options. At each step, she wanted to make sure that I was happy with the dress.

In short, Brooke was wonderful to work with and is incredibly talented. I would highly recommend her to any bride!

Brooke is a genius! The wedding dress that her and I designed was the most amazing creation. And it was so much fun! I knew that a dress from a Davids Bridal was not going to suit me very well. I wanted something away from the traditional white and 50 lbs dress. I wanted something cream and something just a bit different. What Brooke created was better than I possibly envisioned. It fit me perfectly, it was the most comfortable dress I think I've ever worn, it was formal but with flare, and just absolutely perfect. I have received so many compliments on the dress!

Brooke was really wonderful to work with....her creative design just fit my personality. I will always cherish the beautiful dress she created.

I love Brooke! She is an Asheville, NC designer, who makes all her dresses by hand, and with love. Her dresses are absolutely beautiful!! She is able to create a design to flatter any body type, and the final result is... well the best dress you'll ever have. A remarkable appeal her dresses possess, is elegance coupled with comfort and style. Not only is she a gifted artist, but she has a loving spirit to complement her work.
