Absolutely amazing people! Went here for my first wedding dress shopping and immediately found mine! The staff are so professional and kind! They provide wine and they have a tailor on staff to walk you through the alteration process. I got my dress last year and then hurricane Helene hit. It flooded the store but they saved the day and put my dress high up and didn’t get ruined! Amazing strong sweet staff! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience 💕💕

I took my husband here so he could get his grooms' men and him situated with attire. I had the best service and the owner just absolutely was there every step of the way for us. We had so much fun with her and her staff. The building is beautiful, even the dressing room is just like being in a palace. The owner built this building from the ground up and it's just every bride and prom girl's dream. I had already gotten my dress prior to visiting this place so unfortunately I didn't know about it, but I so wish I did. They shipped the tux's since all of my husband's grooms men were out of state and they have connection's with the tux company's nationwide so it's super efficient and better priced than the rental group called the black tux. Plus you only get one free try on with the black tux, where as here you get as many as you need. We tried the black tux first because we didn't know about this place until my mother-in-law and I were driving by and i was like WE HAVE TO GO IN THERE! Even though we were almost set on the black tux, I'm so glad I decided to walk in Best Bride. Better service and better quality.

There isn't enough words to express how pleased I was with the customer service I received at Best Bride! Denise and her team bent over backwards to ensure I left hapy and with a dress I LOVED! Three days before I was leaving or a destination wedding, I decided to change wedding dresses. They had a room full of dresses for me to try on that was my style. After trying on several, I FOUND THE ONE! With being on such a time crunch, Denise had the seamstress come to the store and have the dressed hemmed right then and there in order for it to be ready by Wednesday--2 days later! I was SO impressed with their 5 Star customer service and how they all dropped everything they were doing to help me find a dress. My shopping experience was one of the best I have ever had and I left feeling like a princess in the dress! Denise touched base with me after our wedding to see how everything went. Hands down a FABULOUS experience and she helped to make my wedding day absolutely perfect!

I love Biltmore Bride! Rachel was my consultant, and she was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped me pick a few dresses based on a picture I had shown her. The first one I tried on was the one. Make sure you order a few months in advance because it may take a while for it to come in. Cant wait to see it! Recommend!!!

WOW!!! It wasn't until a couple girlfriends took me dress shopping that I learned a) how much people spend on wedding dresses and b) that some people buy their dress over a year in advance...yikes! Luckily, after visiting several bridal shops, someone recommended I go to Biltmore Bride/Merle Norman in East Asheville. I wound up taking the Blue Ridge Parkway to the shop and had by far and away the best experience trying on and finding my dress! Denise, Rachael, and Megan were all fabulous and incredibly helpful with sizing, styles, honest opinions(!) and a tight timeline -- I bought my dress in June for my September wedding. They sent me to Mary's Magic for alterations and indeed, Mary worked wonders on my dream dress and it didn't break the bank. For anyone who's stressed out with wedding planning or overwhelmed by the dress shopping extravaganza, go visit Biltmore Bride -- luxurious and relaxed environment, a wide range of simply gorgeous gowns, amazing people, and positive energy above all else. I truly cannot say enough and will continue to recommend Biltmore Bride to friends and strangers alike! Bonus: they recently started carrying a line of tuxedos for women and my wife found a white tux that looked like it was tailor made for her...she looked absolutely stunning!!! Yes! A TUX built for a WOMAN! Thank you, Biltmore Bride! My wife found her dress at Biltmore Bride (and they were all so sweet to her!) and found that they had just started carrying the Little Black Tux line for women. I decided on the Diamond White tux and it was/is stunning! The jacket fit perfectly and with a little tailoring the pants did, too! Rachel and Megan and the whole crew at Biltmore Bride were so patient with me ordering and trying two different styles of pants (wide and slim), and were attentive and sincere in making sure I was happy with my suit.
A womens tuxedo is not an easy thing to find, but Biltmore Bride made it easy and fun. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

She was able to answer all my questions and was very flexible. I arrived for my appointment 30 minutes early and she was able to take me back right then. I found my perfect wedding gown at Biltmore Bride with the help of Taylor! I loved getting to see and pull my own choices. This was not the case at the other Bridal shops I visited and I always wondered if the perfect dress wasn't being pulled by the consultant. Biltmore Bride has been so great to work with - they are some of the kindest people I've met in the wedding industry! I can't wait to wear my Sottero & Midgley dress this spring.
