Shindig Lighting provided the lighting for my wedding which was at my parent's house. They did an unbelievable job. Their crew was so friendly and professional and the lighting looked absolutely amazing! They required almost no guidance but new exactly what to do to light the inside of the tent and the property. I was so impressed and would definitely highly recommend them! Dan is delightful and having him around as we were getting set up helped keep everything (and us!) calm! I honestly didn't understand how important lighting was in planning in planning a wedding but it made SUCH an impact!

We hired Shindig lighting to do our interior and exterior lights for our July wedding at The Wadsworth Mansion. Dan and his team knew the venue inside and out and knew exactly what we needed to bring it to life. As planning got underway, we also tapped Dan for a stage and sound for our live music, and for gorgeous dance floor decals. His work was awesome, and he had a pre-existing relationship with our wedding planners at Amy Champagne Events that made the production end come together beautifully. I'd highly recommend this vendor - responsive, resourceful and reasonably priced.

We are so glad we added Shindig Lighting as one our vendors for the uplighting!! It gave the room such an elegant and warm glow like only Dan at Shindig can do. It was beyond perfect!! We even had him do uplighting for our ceremony and it created such a romantic glow that was priceless! Dan was so easy to work with and extremely professional!

The kids corner- holy smokes! It was one of the most talked about feature at the reception, especially by our friends with kids. The white drapery and matching couches and decor were fun without veering into kiddy decor territory.

Thanks also for your uber professionalism, coordinating with the photographer and DJ for the slideshow and throughout the night. Easy online payment and a clear contract made the process seamless. Once again, thank you for your creativity and professionalism. You helped to make our wedding day especially memorable.

I loved working with Dan Gombos from Shindig Lighting. We waited until the last minute to plan lighting for our July wedding - since it would be daylight for the majority of the reception. But well before the stars came out, Dan helped us put a beautiful glow to our day. He uplit our sweetheart table and tent, spotlit the gorgous waterfall at our reception venue and created a vinyl decal for our dance floor. Best of all, even though it was last minute, Dan threw himself into our event, working directly with our venue and being extremely responsive, every step of the way. As a bride planning my wedding from 4 hours away, I really appreciated Dan's proactiveness and professionalism. He is the ONLY lighting vendor I would consider in the area. Bottom Line: Shindig Lighting is FANTASTIC. Don't use anyone else!

Shindig did a phenomenal job! They didn't have much to work with in a high school gym with a very high ceiling and they were able to transform the room into a beautiful affair for the school's 50th Anniversary celebration!

ShinDig Lighting was such a buttoned up vendor that was a pleasure to work with. Dan, the owner, is a smart and down-to-earth guy who loves what he does and provides great customer service. Given how many vendors you work with for any wedding, I appreciated that ShinDig made the process very simple and straightforward, down to the in person pre-meeting where you can see the equipment and pick colors, to the email system that allow you to make payments online (no checks to write and send in mail!). I should also add, while I was on the fence about adding lighting at our reception, the ambiance was vastly improved and it looked beautiful that night. Through ShinDig, we decided to use up-lighting, pin spotting (my personal favorite and HUGE game changer) and the photo booth. I can't tell you how much guests enjoyed the photo booth! Don't hesitate to call and book ShinDig for your wedding - They were an A+ vendor!!
