Mariana was incredible. From our first video chat I felt comfortable and trusted her. She helped plan our elopement in Costa Rica (we live in the US) seamlessly. She gave so many ideas and recommendations on venu/area. She provided ideas for an experience for us after the ceremony. She connected me with a hair and makeup artist who did a wonderful job. She is professional yet relaxed and it shows in our photos! We are so happy that we met her. Mariana and Ari created a heartfelt video of our wedding day that we will treasure forever. My husband and I absolutely loved working with Mariana and are dazzled by the incredible photos she gave us; the results were well worth the price! As soon as we met her, we loved her energy- her excitement is infectious! She is very passionate about what she does, which comes through in her work. She showed us some samples of prior weddings, and comparing them to other photographers, her work clearly stood out. We loved what we saw, so we didn't feel the need to interview anyone else. She was very responsive throughout the entire process- we received a huge preview less than one week after the wedding! She excelled at getting all of the right in-motion shots. Music and dancing played a big role in our wedding, so we were constantly moving (and hardly thinking about stopping to pose!), yet somehow she seemed to get the perfect angle in every shot. She was helpful in providing creative suggestions on poses. Most importantly, she connected with us and our families on a personal level, making us comfortable to let our true selves shine through.

To me, what distinguishes Mariana from the rest is that she captures the magic of the moment, perfectly preserving the memory. When we look at the pictures now, we feel the same tingles of joy from that day. At times it felt our wedding was TOO beautiful to be true, and we wondered if we were in a dream. Her photos are the perfect proof that it happened in real life, and that it looked just as beautiful as we remembered. :)

We are definitely not a “selfie” couple, so we were a little nervous about how our wedding photos would turn out. But Mariana somehow managed to capture the most beautiful pictures of us and made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera!

From our very first meeting all the way through our wedding day, her energy, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. She made everything feel easy and natural, and she truly went above and beyond to capture all the special moments.

Mariana photographed my wedding in Guanacaste, Costa Rica and she did a beautiful job! She is full of excitement, enthusiasm, and warmth creating a space where you can be yourself. Mariana is absolutely amazing!! You can truly see her love for photography, and she made the entire process so easy from beginning to end. My husband and I were nervous about being in front of the camera, but Mariana took away all of our anxiety and made us feel so comfortable. Investing in our photos was one of the best decisions we could have made for our elopement. We got married the day after Easter, so our officiant was out for all of Holy Week and I wasn’t able to reach them myself, but Mariana stayed in communication with them and made sure everything was set for our wedding day. We had our photos done at Playa Grande (her recommendation), and it absolutely did not disappoint. Not only did we get to witness the most beautiful sunset of our trip, but now we have those memories forever. I would do it all over again 100 times if I could. Mariana was truly the best investment we made, and I cannot recommend her enough!
