Shapiro is AMAZING. They came highly recommended to my fiance and we were not disappointed. I am constantly complimented on my engagement ring for the quality of the diamond and the design of the ring.I needed my ring re-sized a bit smaller and he only had it for two days before it was back on my hand! I can't wait to get my wedding ring!!

Words can't describe how beautiful and one of a kind my wedding set is and the wonderful process of having it designed. My husband lived 2 hours outside of Dallas and the entire process of designing my ring was done over email and Lance Shapiro was so friendly and professional, he made the entire experience very personal. My husband gave lance all the descriptions of what my perfect engagement ring would look like and what I liked and from that he designed a completely original, one of a kind ring that captured the spirit and nature of me. He had virtual renderings made so the ring came to life before it was made to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. Lance also created a matching wedding band using the same process. I cant tell you how many comments I have had on my rings from total strangers all the time saying how beautiful they are.

Lance made both my engagement ring and wedding band. My favorite compliment is that my ring is so unique. We shopped around for pricing and quality, and I feel completely confident in saying Shapiro Diamonds has the absolute best value around.

Lance worked with my husband on my engagement ring and I worked with Lance on my husband's wedding ring. Both rings are terrific! My engagement ring is beautiful and the perfect style for me. The quality and workmanship are top-notch! For my husband's wedding ring, I had in mind a fairly simple band but with certain details; Lance had the ring custom-made just for us and my husband is thrilled with it! I would definitely recommend Lance and staff for their excellent work and customer service!

Lance is the man. He will take care of you and your budget. What I like most about Lance is his willingness to bestow his diamond knowledge. Buying the "perfect" diamond is a daunting task. Lance listens to his clients' needs and wants, then makes it happen. Lance's diamonds are beautiful and of the utmost quality. I know this because I checked Blue Nile, Bova, and other diamond vendors. He will not pull the wool over your head. In addition, he offers an excellent variety of custom made engagement rings and jewelry. I recommend Lance to all of my friends and to you reading this feedback. He will take care of you. -The Husband

Lance is great. He worked with my fiance and custom-made my engagement ring. It was absolutely beautiful and I couldn't have imagined anything better! Lance is a really nice guy and treats his customers like old friends. We waited until 3 weeks before the wedding to get wedding bands. (oops- got a little distracted with other wedding stuff) It was no problem for Lance. He worked with us, and worked with what was left of our budget :) Got our bands and everything was great. We will continue to use Lance for jewelry in the future.

I highly reccomend him.

Oh and did I mention that he sells at the wholesale rate? So you save tons of money and get much higher quality pieces.

My engagement ring was purchased through Lance at Shapiro Diamonds. My fiance had done a lot of research regarding the unique cut of center stone I wanted, and Lance was the only one in the DFW area able to deliver a quality stone at a good price. I am very happy with my engagement ring, the only issue I've had is one tiny diamond on the pave band fell out a couple of times after I had the ring resized. However, since the last time Shapiro diamonds sent the ring to their workshop to be fixed, this hasn't happened again (and it's been over a year!) Overall very pleased with my experience at Shapiro Diamonds.

I had a great experience with Shapiro Diamonds.

I wanted a wedding band to match my unique engagement ring so I began researching custom options. It was going to be more cost effective and I would get exactly what I wanted by going the custom route.

Lance quickly responded to my inquiry with a quote and was extremely positive about being able to produce what I was looking for. He was always prompt and available via phone (although, never as inclined to communicate via email as I would have liked). He was also quick to make appointment time for me at all points in the process.

He needed my engagement ring throughout the process so that the band would match perfectly to the measurements of my existing ring and while I was sad to part with it for a whole month, he got it completed in just 3 weeks! In that time, in addition to creating my custom band, he cleaned and repaired some scratches on my engagement ring, without having been asked or anything! Just to be kind and show his quality of service.

My custom band is beautiful! It's a little tight and he immediately offered to re-size it for me.
