My experience at Nasr Bros. in Denton was very good. My husband searched far and wide for a certain type of ring that I wanted as my engagement ring, and he couldn't find it. He then went looking for someone to custom make it. He visited approximately eight jewelry stores until he found the best price and quality at Nasr Bros. They designed my beautiful engagement ring themselves with my husband's input and direction. When my husband went to pick it up it was a bigger setting than he had originally wanted, but they immediately made a new mold and made it smaller just in time for him to propose to me at Disney World. My ring is one-of-a-kind and I get compliments on it all the time. It was expensive (mainly because of the carat weight and multiple diamonds around it which was my choice), but less expensive than any other place that my husband went. Also, they could not find the cut of stone that I liked in a high enough quality for their standards, so they basically gave me a free upgrade of a different cut that turned out to be absolutely beautiful. Every time I go back into the store they know me and whisk my ring away for a free cleaning. In fact, they offer a complimentary sizing (that normally costs about $60) after you get the ring to ensure satisfaction. My ring has tiny pave diamonds all around it and one happened to fall out (which sometimes happens when a ring has just been sized) and I took it back to them and they replaced it free of charge and checked all the settings of the rest of the diamonds. We also got my husband's wedding band there and it is just what we wanted as well. I think their customer service is excellent, and I would recommend that you at least go check them out for their unique selection and attention to detail.
