First of all, Shane shows an incredible amount of pride in his food, which shines through in his professionalism. He doesn't take his job lightly and treats you like family throughout the process. He brings all his own dinnerware. He sets up his truck and has his food cooking all day, and has the ability to make his meals absolutely anywhere. Onto the food! We had the pulled pork and bourbon glazed ham and let me tell you, we had so many guests asking for business cards and raving about the food. The sides were amazing as well. The macaroni and cheese was to die for. At the end of the night Shane had everything cleaned up and was even kind enough to send leftovers home with my parents. I HIGHLY recommend Shane and his team for your special event!
