My wife & I worked with this incredible team to coordinate our wedding events, from picking the resort in Cancun to booking rooms for family and friends to providing shuttle service to and from the airport. This team is so knowledgeable and detail-oriented that it made it easy for us to plan a wedding that all our family and friends loved. It all started with them providing a detail sheet with all of the resorts available in Mexico and a cost breakdown of each one. They then helped us in selecting the resort which worked best for us. Once my wife and I selected the resort, they immediately started working on the wedding website and constantly communicated with us and our guests to ensure a seamless transition. They were very accommodating to changes in rooms along with flight details that were continually changing. They responded promptly to us and our guests. This team was amazing to work with, and we are forever grateful to them for helping us create a lifetime of memories.

Shaadi Destinations did an outstanding job, and a big part of that is thanks to the owner, Milan. From the very beginning, Milan was open, honest, and extremely communicative. He guided us through every step of planning a destination wedding and offered thoughtful, experience based suggestions. While we followed some of his advice and chose a different path on others, looking back, we truly appreciate how right he was. From the very beginning with the initial consultation call with Julianne, to multiple meetings with Sandy to try and decide which resort to pick. She was always very candid, and gave us honest feedback regarding each resort and their positives/negatives. She really told it to us straight and helped us narrow down where to do the wedding. When we were maybe a little too hopeful with our budget, she kept reminding us to be realistic and did not want us going into things with the wrong impression, which we really appreciated so that we were not bamboozled in the end (Sandy, you were right lol).

Once we got to the planning stage, Diana helped set us up with all the different vendors. Ana came to the resort during our site visit to facilitate all the vendor meetings. She was such a treat to work with, we really loved having her there to help. It even felt like she knew more than the actual resort employees! Her and the team really advocated for us when we had setbacks or needed some extra help getting responses from the resort.

Shree and Milan were wonderful throughout the hotel booking process. So quick to respond and readily available for me and all the guests whenever there were booking questions or issues. I felt bad emailing so often but I never felt like I was a burden, and instead could really tell that the team cared about us and making sure our wedding was amazing.

Planning a destination wedding, that too with multiple events and almost 200 guests, felt so daunting at first, but with the help of the Shaadi team it was a manageable and enjoyable process!!

They were even able to support by resolving issues with the resort related to check-in, room reservations and other hiccups in the plan.
Communications were primarily through email along with periodic video calls. But the team was very responsive, replying to questions by email quickly, and typically providing clear and comprehensive details.
They even threw in a few complimentary perks that came as a surprise to us, just to make our weekend that much more special.
