My wife & I worked with this incredible team to coordinate our wedding events, from picking the resort in Cancun to booking rooms for family and friends to providing shuttle service to and from the airport. This team is so knowledgeable and detail-oriented that it made it easy for us to plan a wedding that all our family and friends loved. It all started with them providing a detail sheet with all of the resorts available in Mexico and a cost breakdown of each one. They then helped us in selecting the resort which worked best for us. Once my wife and I selected the resort, they immediately started working on the wedding website and constantly communicated with us and our guests to ensure a seamless transition. They were very accommodating to changes in rooms along with flight details that were continually changing. They responded promptly to us and our guests. This team was amazing to work with, and we are forever grateful to them for helping us create a lifetime of memories. -

Above and Beyond: Our Destination Wedding with Shaadi Destinations in Cancun
Shaadi Destinations did an outstanding job, and a big part of that is thanks to the owner, Milan. From the very beginning, Milan was open, honest, and extremely communicative. He guided us through every step of planning a destination wedding and offered thoughtful, experience based suggestions. While we followed some of his advice and chose a different path on others, looking back, we truly appreciate how right he was. It’s clear he has been in this business for a long time and has truly mastered the art of conducting destination weddings.
What really set Shaadi Destinations apart was how they handled issues with the hotel. Anytime something came up, Milan and his team stepped in immediately, advocated for us, and went above and beyond to help resolve matters smoothly. That level of support brought us real peace of mind during such an important event.
One standout detail that everyone loved was the coconuts they provided. They were a huge hit with our guests and added a special, memorable touch to the celebration. From the very beginning with the initial consultation call with Julianne, to multiple meetings with Sandy to try and decide which resort to pick. She was always very candid, and gave us honest feedback regarding each resort and their positives/negatives. She really told it to us straight and helped us narrow down where to do the wedding. When we were maybe a little too hopeful with our budget, she kept reminding us to be realistic and did not want us going into things with the wrong impression, which we really appreciated so that we were not bamboozled in the end (Sandy, you were right lol).
Once we got to the planning stage, Diana helped set us up with all the different vendors. Ana came to the resort during our site visit to facilitate all the vendor meetings. She was such a treat to work with, we really loved having her there to help. It even felt like she knew more than the actual resort employees! Her and the team really advocated for us when we had setbacks or needed some extra help getting responses from the resort.
Shree and Milan were wonderful throughout the hotel booking process. So quick to respond and readily available for me and all the guests whenever there were booking questions or issues. I felt bad emailing so often but I never felt like I was a burden, and instead could really tell that the team cared about us and making sure our wedding was amazing.
Planning a destination wedding, that too with multiple events and almost 200 guests, felt so daunting at first, but with the help of the Shaadi team it was a manageable and enjoyable process!! -

Shaadi enabled our wedding weekend to be the beautiful and memorable event that we dreamed of.
We are so thankful to the members of the team that we worked with and grateful for the support they gave and the beautiful events that resulted from our combined work.
They were helpful throughout the entire process, from evaluating resorts and selecting a location, to coordinating with vendors, all the way through supporting guests with transportation and hotel accommodation questions the weekend of our wedding. They were even able to support by resolving issues with the resort related to check-in, room reservations and other hiccups in the plan.
Communications were primarily through email along with periodic video calls. But the team was very responsive, replying to questions by email quickly, and typically providing clear and comprehensive details.
They even threw in a few complimentary perks that came as a surprise to us, just to make our weekend that much more special.
We also got great feedback from all of our guests that reached out to the Shaadi team for support.

We had the time of our lives and enjoyed every moment. Throughout the weekend and taking in the hotel, we both couldn’t believe we were getting married at such a romantic and beautiful location.
Thank you to SD for helping us choose a hotel. The TRS was perfect and checked off all of our boxes. Everyone raved about the food from Patravali! Having that caliber of food would not have been possible without Shaadi Destinations. The Shaadi approved vendors were stellar at our wedding. Pavan’s team killed it and Cristina made our wedding experience easy and unforgettable.
Thank you to Shaadi Destinations for making the travel and transfer so easy to book and accommodating everyone’s requests.

Thank you SOOOO much to SD! The weekend was BEYOND wonderful and everything was executed wonderfully.
The SD team was amazing and many guests commented on the speedy responses the team was providing and the guests were very happy with that!

First off, JUST WOW!! Shaadi Destinations could not have done an even better job if they tried. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! The upgraded limo, the resort, the hospitality, making an LGBTQ+ couple feeling so supported and welcome. Shaadi Destinations treated us and our guests so well, all the staff and everyone was on their A GAME! We felt like we were in a fairytale and we wish it never ended. From the bottom of our hearts we cannot thank them enough for what they all did. The moment we shared with SD what we wanted, and they presented that deck to us, SD nailed it on the head with UNICO 20 87 and we will for sure be back. Its hard not to get teary eyed while writing this review but it was a magical weekend and we would have never been able to get there without Shaadi Destinations and for them working so closely with us. -

Now that we’ve finally situated back in LA, we wanted to express our deepest gratitude for everything the Shaadi Destinations team has done to accommodate our wedding and most importantly the one-off requests of our family. We had an absolutely surreal time at the Hard Rock, and so many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they have been to. I must say the unexpected true hero of the weekend was the coconuts! We are so fortunate to have worked with Shaadi Destinations as our travel agency for our wedding! The Shaadi team is so well educated, knowledgeable, great at communicating, and is constantly expanding!
Their advice was so helpful from the start - from helping us go through multiple venue options and giving us candid advice on pros and cons of each and with helping us make decisions on vendors. Most importantly, their COMMUNICATION, especially how quickly Milan and Shree communicate (while managing hundreds of wedding), blows our mind!
They were so quick to respond to all emails, inquiries, and even would get on calls with us with short notice if needed. They have the logistics of the travel aspect of destination weddings locked down and given their big team and experience, it made it such a wonderful experience for our guests to use Shaadi to help coordinate flights and transportation.
It took a hugeeee hassle off our shoulders as guests had a direct way to contact them with any travel issues (with flights, transportation, etc.). Lastly, they have so many connections given how well known they are which is really helpful! All in all, we had a wonderful experience with Shaadi Destinations and would highly recommend them as a travel agency! -

From the first phone call we just knew we were in good hands. Sandi, our initial contact at Shaadi was phenomenal in helping us pick the prefect resort. She was so helpful and gave us the best advice and tips to start the process going. She knew all the resorts and listened to what we wanted to help us pick the ideal one. We booked the venue without a site visit which was a huge gamble, but I (mom of bride) just felt so secure with the Shaadi team and their advice and recommendations.
The vendor network that Shaadi has is incredible. They helped us to find and connect with our amazing wedding planner Cristina. Another great decision facilitated by SD.
All the wedding room/travel logistics were so easy. The SD team is a well-oiled machine. There were no issues. Everyone got the room they wanted, transfers were set up and the whole process was flawless. Any email questions were answered quickly, and everything was so smooth and relatively stress free.
The wedding week was perfection itself. The guests were so happy with the whole experience as were we. We all had such an incredible time- if my other kids want to do a destination wedding (which i hope they will) I would not hesitate to do this all over again. The SD team became family- Milan and Shree are the real deal- they apply great care to this whole process. Don't hesitate to use SD! I am so glad we did. -

Shaadi Destinations was absolutely key to planning our destination wedding from the very starts. They helped show us all the options and prices of venues very clearly and helped us narrow down venues based on our budget, headcount, and quality desires.
Milan has a strong ability to break down and clearly communicate everything to our family. From the get go our families and us had so much trust they were leading us in the right direction. Milan and their team were incredibly responsive. From all of our initial questions, to taking care of the contract, and getting out guests to book rooms. The whole operation felt flawless and with ease I could just email with any questions or requests. The shuttle transport/reminders were taken care of entirely by their team with no involvement from us and our guests said it was seamless! Also at a discounted cost they provided coconuts with our wedding logo on it.

The idea of a destination wedding would never have ever gotten off the ground without Shaadi Destinations' help. Although they market themselves as just travel agents, their guidance through each step of the way was so insightful and honestly refreshing. Thier vast network of vendors made choosing our vendors simple. They contacted a bunch of resorts for pricing and availability and finally negotiated a fantastic deal and perks with our target resort.
While wedding planning, it feels like each vendor is trying to take advantage of you, but Shaadi constantly helped us see through the fog. Their coordination, especially throughout the wedding weekend took a load off us in terms of guest transportation.
The work Shaadi Destinations does is invaluable and doesn’t go unnoticed! We'd recommend them to prospective destination wedding couples in a heartbeat. -

We loved using ShaadiDestinations to plan our wedding in Riviera Maya. Sandy was exceptional in helping us pick a resort mid-pandemic and answered all our questions. MC and her team were really fantastic in helping us connect with vendors and getting pricing so we could book them early! They were also great at setting us up with great local wedding planners. I've honestly lost count of how many emails I sent back and forth to Milan, Shree and Chelsea with last minute changes and requests but they always responded almost immediately, even if it was in the middle of the night or a weekend. We ended up having 125 adults & 30 children at our wedding weekend and it really felt like a vacation with our closest family and friends. We couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out. -

Wedding dream team!
We used Shaadi Destinations (Milan, Shree and their staff) for our daughter’s destination wedding in Los Cabos, Mexico. We had about 200 people attend, which is a very high number. And being a BIG, FAT, INDIAN WEDDING, we had multiple FUN events over a few days, not just the wedding ceremony (both Hindu/Christian) and reception.
Milan, Shree and their entire team were on top of everything from the beginning when we first started eight months prior, from helping us find a full wedding planner to vendors, resorts (they had set up a full Power Point Presentation for each hotel), DJ/MC to transportation (they created a travel portal for us). They continuously made sure all the guests had their proper rooms and set up round-trip transportation for them. If I emailed them a question, they replied within seconds and usually resolved everything. They never missed a detail. I never had to chase them down and stress or worry. They kept an updated spreadsheet for everything (prices, numbers of people, rooms, etc). We got positive feedback from ALL our guests.
On top of that, Milan and Shree are the nicest, kindest, most caring people I have come across. We consider them family now. If you want someone who is EXTREMELY responsive, knowledgeable, professional yet personable, this is the team. If you want PEACE of mind, hand-on experience, local connections, RUN AND GET THEM!!!

Amazing Travel Team!
Shaadi Destinations was very helpful in getting our guests booked for our wedding and ensuring everyone arrived and left safely. We were extremely satisfied with our experience with Shaadi Destinations! We had an intimate Indian wedding ceremony on June 2022 at El Dorado Resorts in Mexico, and It was absolutely beautiful! We were not able to do a site visit prior to the wedding, so all of the planning was done virtually with the Shaadi Destinations team & the onsite team at El Dorado. The entire wedding planning experience was so much fun, and stress-free! They provided us with resort information, vendor information, and provided us with checklists of items we needed to complete. I don't know where to start. We used Shaadi Destinations for our wedding in Puerto Vallarta in June 2022. I can say that like most couples, I didn't know what the first step was. We reached out and started off speaking to Sandy. Sandy was our first encounter and wow, her energy sold us. She took her time and explained how everything worked and answered all of our questions. I loved how detail oriented SD was when sending us things. Everyone else on their team was also, nothing but exceptional throughout the entire process. We used Shaadi Destinations for our 5/2022 wedding in Cancun after being referred by multiple friends who had used them in the past. The whole team is very organized and efficient. I overwhelm easily so never thought a destination wedding would be in the cards for me...until we had our first call with Shaadi Destinations.
We gave a list of potential locations and SD provided a rundown of resort options, estimated costs, and all the information needed to select our resort. The SD team was quick to answer all our questions along the way and helped navigate how many rooms/nights to hold and monitored releasing unbooked rooms prior to incurring any penalties. They helped coordinate our on-site visit to meet the resort coordinator, have our menu tasting, and meet with florists/decor vendors to ensure everything was lined up. Our wedding was an absolute dream and there's no way we could have done this without Shaadi Destinations. We knew we wanted a destination wedding and we also knew that we had a huge Indian family that we want to include on our big day. Shaadi Destinations was the first call we made after we got engaged in 2018. We had been leaning towards a destination wedding in Cancun, and we were pretty much sold after that initial conversation. They were so open and honest about the process and it made us feel very comfortable that this would be a manageable event. Now that it's all done, we couldn't be happier that we had Shaadi Destinations as partners throughout the entire (almost 3 year) process! I remember Milan and Shree saying that they started SD as a way to create a resource they wish they had when planning their own wedding, and that really comes through in the breadth and depth of service they provide.
Venue: There are so many resorts in the Cancun area (and beyond) and SD helped narrow down the options based on our preferences. They took the research legwork off our plates and shared pros, cons, perks, and estimated costs for each resort, making the selection process much easier for us. They organized seamless site visits with timelines, transportation, and food tastings which also made our parents a lot more comfortable with the idea. Once we finalized our resort, they maintained most of the contact with the resort which was again a huge relief for us. SD was incredibly patient with all of our nit-picky requests and made sure the resort was clear on our needs/expectations.
Communication: Milan and Shree were very professional and patient in their communication. They stuck with us for a year before and then throughout the pandemic, really being an important resource for us as we rescheduled our date from 2020 to 2021. We always felt like Milan and Shree could relate to us and understood where we were coming from no matter how wild our questions! The planning process can be stressful and their ease of communication really took a huge load off our shoulders.
Travel: SD also managed all the guest room bookings and airport transportation, along with any communication that came with. This was another huge relief for us! They easily resolved any changes or issues that arose (especially with Covid concerns) and made the process very easy for our guests. Our guests were very impressed by how seamless the booking and travel procedures were. It was a priority for us that our guests were well taken care of, and SD made sure to do just that. Milan and Shree also found ways to make us and our families feel special through to the time we left Cancun :)

When we started planning our wedding in June of 2019, we knew two things.. 1) we were Indian and 2) we wanted to have a destination wedding. My older brother suggested Cancún and we searched “Indian wedding Cancun” in Google and the first link was Shaadi Destinations (SD). I shot off an email, and in true SD form, I got an email reply impossibly fast. We set up a video chat with Milan and Shree and we knew we had found our home.
Their deep knowledge of everything Indian wedding-related in Cancún was so reassuring when taking on the daunting task of doing a destination Indian wedding - especially because we wanted it to be as epic as an Indian wedding in the US.
There are so many wonderful things I can say about Milan, Shree and their whole SD team but let me hit a few of the huge points:
1. They are SO communicative, prompt and responsible. They will respond within 24 hours and usually less than that. This was amazing during planning and even when we were on site at our wedding and needed some urgent help with a couple unanticipated items.
2. In general, they are so well-respected and have carved out a name for themselves in this niche field. You know you’re working with the best. Because of this, all vendors have “Shaadi Destinations Perks” and better rates than you will get when booking them alone
3. Have I mentioned that know everybody in the business? They give amazing recommendations of which vendors/wedding planners to trust, which is so hard to figure out on your own when planning a wedding in a different country.
4. Their ability to troubleshoot is CRAZY. I think it’s because of all the above - people trust them, they know everybody and they know how to communicate effectively.
Each of our guests had such a positive experience with everything SD had a part in. The room rates they negotiated for us were unbelievable (even after changing our wedding date), the booking website was easy to navigate, and their ability to coordinate flight details to aid with our guests’ transportation put us at ease. Our guests could contact them with any problems with rooms, travel, logistics and/or refunds directly, which put so much less burden on us - the Aunties and Uncles were very satisfied.
We would 100% recommend them to anybody who is even considering a destination wedding in any location they work in. For any couples who are reading this and are still on the fence, Milan and Shree are welcome to give you our contact info if you would like a referral.

Why Destination Wedding. . .
We had actually started looking at wedding venues before the proposal and were so lucky to have come across ShaadiDestinations. We leaned towards having a destination wedding, but also wanted the location to be less than a 4 hour flight from NY. We thought that having our near and dear all together at a resort for the wedding week would completely change the experience. Everyone we love would be able to enjoy the big and small events at a hopefully more relaxed pace as opposed to trying to get everything done in one weekend.
We had looked into a couple options for the wedding, in the states, and out. Eventually we realized that not only was Mexico close, but also there were a lot of South Asian Weddings taking place in Mexico with some extremely experienced vendors. We finalized the wedding venue after reaching out to Milan and Shree at ShaadiDestinations. They were so helpful in explaining the whole wedding planning process every step of the way. We came across shaadi destinations a few ways. During our initial research we had seen that a lot of South Asian couples had used them. Also, we came across friends of friends who had also worked with them, and loved them. We decided to take the leap and make a phone appointment. After our initial conversation with Milan, we realized that they were the best team to partner with, and they absolutely did not let us down.
Shaadi Destinations completely streamlined the venue choosing and travel aspect of the wedding planning. When choosing venues, they did a great job showing us all the available resorts in Riviera Maya/ Cancun and their positives/negatives. It made it much easier to make a decision on a venue with all the information they presented to us.
On our site visit to Hard Rock Riviera Maya we also had the opportunity to meet with Milan and Shree. Our parents were still hesitant to the idea of a destination wedding, but after talking to Milan and Shree they felt much more comfortable. They assured our parents that we would be able to have a "big fat Indian wedding" with all the bells and whistles.
Shaadi was very organized and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Once our guests started booking Shaadi had helped us with transportation from the Cancun Airport to Hard Rock Riviera Maya and back. Every time a guest's flights changed, they were able to rearrange transportation. Guests felt welcomed as soon as they reached Cancun Airport. The transportation arranged by Shaadi was clear and visible and guests were able to find them easily upon arrival.
SD was very helpful recommending some of our vendors. They not only suggested JC Castillo, our wonderful wedding planner, but also our caterer Patravali. We're truly thankful to them for that, because all of our vendors did a fantastic job.

My friends will tell you that I’m the type of person that has to research everything… Whether that be the newest restaurant, skincare product or stylist…you name it: I’m on it!
So when it came time to research everything I needed to know about a destination wedding-I turned to the one agency that literally changed our lives! Believe me when I tell you that Shaadi Destinations is the ultimate guide for South Asian destination weddings. The sheer level of
support, professionalism, positivity and kindness they will provide you with is immeasurable. They are honest and will continue to provide solutions until you are 100% satisfied and happy with the outcome.
To give you some perspective: My husband and I were originally supposed to get married in June of 2020 in Los Cabos, Mexico. Could not have done it without them!
My wife and I got married thanksgiving weekend 2019 in Rivera Maya, Mexico. We struggled quite a bit in the beginning to figure out if we wanted to do a destination wedding or not. That uneasy feeling did not quite go away until we spoke with Shree and Milan from Shaadi Destinations. They both did an amazing job at our initial consult to help us formulate our ideas and really figure out what we really wanted. Many planners and wedding companies are pushy and guide conversations based on what is best for them. Shaadi Destinations does not do that, they really do a good job of helping you figure out what you want even if that steers you away from a destination wedding.
Once we decided on a destination wedding, Shaadi Destinations had a huge inventory across the Caribbean of possible places to choose from for our wedding. They provide clients with estimated pricing for each venue and a pros/cons list for things that they have noticed about each resort. This process was significantly easier with Milan and Shree on our side. Throughout the wedding planning adventures, they were constantly checking in on us to see if our vendors were lined up and if they could help in any way. They treat each couple as if they were family, constantly sending us things that we may need along the way. Not only do they treat their couples with enormous respect, but they also help them save plenty of money. This was a big deal for us and we are incredible grateful for their wonderful relationship with various vendors.
When it comes to booking the rooms for the resort, they have incredibly easy process to navigate. You will find that getting RSVPs and finalizing the guest list is not an easy process. The staff understands that last minute things come up and they do an amazing job of navigating those changes. Honestly, they are amazing at what they do and are involved in the entire process from start to finish. I always dreamed of having my big Indian wedding in Cancun, and when I got engaged that dream suddenly became kind of a nightmare when I realized I knew nothing about wedding planning and NOTHING about Cancun. After a quick google search of “Indian weddings in Cancun” I came across Shaadi Destination’s website and thought it was too good to be true to have found a vendor that specializes in Indian weddings in Cancun and is run by an actual Indian couple that got married there. We were referred to Shaadi Destinations by my best friend, and we honestly could not have been happier or more stress free. From the get go, they were extremely professional and thorough. They helped us narrow down resorts and plan our initial site visit to Mexico; just after our first email to them, they had sent us a beautiful presentation about some of the resorts they would recommend. The two of us went to Mexico for site visits, and SD set up all of our transfers from one resort to the other and it was flawless.
Once we narrowed down to 2 resorts, Shaadi Destinations instantly got to work to provide us the best room rates and package deals. They worked tirelessly to make sure we were happy with what we were getting and never hesitated to reach out to the resorts to help us get more benefits. They helped arrange room bookings, collected everyone's travel itineraries to make sure everyone was set and set up transportation.

Best partners to have!
My husband and I got married in October 2019 in Costa Mujeres, Mexico. We found Shaadi during the very early stages of our research of what it really means to have a destination wedding. They went above and beyond and took the time to answer the millions of questions we had. They were an absolutely invaluable resource for us the entire way. They answered all of our questions, and didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear, but were very realistic about how things were likely to go.
We visited the resort in December 2018 with our families, and Shree and Milan made the trip out to spend time with us during out site visit. They went out of their way to be there with us and provide guidance, and this was a perfect example of how they treat all of their couples. They are always at a wedding, or helping a couple at a site visit, but you would never feel it because they give every couple the utmost attention. Who else would you want by your side while planning the most important day of your lives?

Finding the right vendors, communication with the hotel, adjusting guest accommodations, advice on things we knew nothing about; you name it, they were there. Simply the best
When we first set off to plan a destination wedding, Google was our best friend. First up, Shaadi Destinations. I reached out, had a couple of questions...but ultimately I thought, why do I need a travel agent? Can’t I just call the resort myself? I travel all the time and book my own travel—surely, this can’t be THAT different, right? WRONG.
Their wealth of knowledge, speed of responses, and above and beyond level of service made us SO happy that we chose to let them handle the travel and transportation portion of our wedding. Wedding planning is not easy and wow, what a commitment -- not just choosing your partner for life haha.. but choosing your venue, photographers, who to invite?.. the list can go on. My husband and I were both medical residents, which means we work up to 80 hours a week, at least 12 hour shifts, barely see each other... So, making the commitment of who can help us plan a wedding while completing residency was a decision we took a leap of faith in choosing shaadidestinations at first glance.
How did we make the decision? In short, there website seemed pretty legit! In the beginning, we had a convo with Milan and Shree (ShaadiDestinations)- who were also a young couple that had their wedding in Mexico. That was important as we had never been to Mexico. ShaadiDestinations had similar interests and background as us and it made the choice much easier to choose this company to outline our plans for the next year.
Wedding planning is tough, it takes effort on both sides- both the couple and the planner. Sometimes things may seem never ending and stressful for anyone involved. Sometimes things also don't go as originally planned because of the uncertainty of life circumstances. ShaadiDestinations made the process easier, reassured us when we had doubts, gave us outlines and goals to have, were just overall easy to talk to, and they adjusted to our vision. In the end, the long process of planning was over before we knew it and the wedding celebration went by too fast- everything was as perfect as it could have been and wouldn't change a thing! My husband and I decided to work with Shaadi Destinations for our wedding in Mexico. We only had 4 months to plan everything and it Shaadi and their team made the experience very stress free. Milan and Shree were always available via email, and even phone/text when needed. And Maricarmen, (WOW) where do I begin. MC definitely made things in terms of planning so much easier and fun, especially because we couldn't be there (Mexico) in person. She has great relationships with all the vendors and works really hard to make sure we stay within our realistic budget. She was so fun to chat with and bounce ideas off of for all of our events. Basically, anything we needed MC was there. She’s sweet and knows how Indian weddings run; she’s good with crowd control and all parents love her too! MC is truly the master of all trades! We had the pleasure of working with Shaadi Destinations and Maricarmen to help us plan our wedding this past September 2019 in Cancun, Generations and El Dorado Riviera Maya. With less than a 90 day timeline to plan our 4 day/5 event wedding week, we were looking for guidance and assistance from a group that would not only help us get started but also execute quickly given the tight time crunch. During our initial conversation with Milan (Shaadi Destinations), he was able to summarize the process on a quick call and answer any questions that we had. He was genuine, helpful, experienced and made us excited to start planning our destination wedding. Based on our feedback, he delivered us a list of venue recommendations quickly and helped us nail down our final venue and begin the travel/booking process fairly soon after. Throughout the process, Shaadi Destinations (Milan and Shree) were quick to respond to guests and answer any questions/requests that we also had along the way.
As we were seeking a wedding coordinator to assist us with vendor coordination, event planning, and same day support during each of our events, we were introduced to Maricarmen through Shaadi Destinations. During our initial call, we quickly realized her determined, fast paced, and organized personality was exactly what we both desired and needed to aid us in the process. She’s had experience with coordinating previously, is fully fluent in English and Spanish, and has a huge knowledge base for Indian weddings- all which made us that much more comfortable. She proved to be attentive to detail, provided completely honest and unfiltered feedback, and executed with quick turnaround time on all responses and action items. She was extremely easy to communicate with, share our questions/concerns with, and she definitely went an extra mile each step of the way to make sure we were content.
It was also easy to see that each of our individual vendors loved her and had their own special connection with her. This worked to our advantage as she was able to effectively serve as the liaison and expedite communication, timelines, contracts, and payments. During our wedding, she made the process fun, as stress free as possible, kept us focused and kept everything moving at exactly the right pace. She was always able to gauge any situation and figure out the best way to remedy it and execute next steps. We felt at ease knowing that things were being taken care of behind the scenes to help fulfill our timelines.
We communicated frequently via conference call, email, text, and were able to also meet on-site before the wedding. For the on-site visit, Maricarmen was quickly able to create a useful agenda for us which lined up all of our vendors and trials with minimal advanced notice. She coordinated perfectly and was able to overcome any type of obstacle that came our way, keeping us calm and worry free the entire time. She earned our trust and went beyond expectations in many aspects. To sum it up, she is AMAZING and we highly recommend her to any couples that are looking for a coordinator that will put in their 100% and do it all with a smile on their face the entire time. We LOVED working with her and throughout the 3 months she truly became an integral part of our wedding. Coordinating is her passion and she executed perfectly. Like Family!
Shree and Milan are the dynamic duo that helped my husband and I plan our dream destination wedding! My husband is a DJ and was hired by one of their former couples who got married in Cancun; that's how we discovered Shaadi Destinations. They were super sweet and we're kind enough to meet us and answered any and all the questions we had, making it one of the easiest things to plan when we finally decided to go with the destination option for our wedding! Not many couples can say that planning a wedding is easy, but my husband and I had so much fun planning and also getting to know the Raj's. They were always available to answer our questions, gave us great suggestions and put us in contact with the amazing crew at our resort. Truly our Partners in Paradise
Milan and Shree have been amazing throughout our entire wedding process. When we decided to work with them to plan our destination wedding, we had little to no clue what planning something like this entailed, however, they walked us through the entire process, provided us options for resorts based on what we were looking for, negotiated room rates, set us up with incredible perks, and managed all of our guests' booking, along with so much more. When my now husband and I initially decided on Cancun, it was because we wanted all our guests to be in a resort environment together for a few days, not because we knew the first thing about destination weddings. Fortunately for us, we stumbled upon Milan and Shree.
They are professional, efficient, and above all, fun to work with. They got into this space because they planned their own destination wedding and wanted to help other couples. Wedding planning can be a stressful process but they alleviate so many stress factors. They went above and beyond their mandate, answering questions about everything from our guests’ travel to vendor recommendations and being my last minute gut check that we had addressed everything. They will be your partners from beginning to end.
A destination wedding can be tricky because you don’t have the same ability to check things “on the ground” like you would back home and because there are a number of nuances of organizing something abroad. Milan and Shree have thought through this so thoroughly and have so much experience at this point, that they will help you seamlessly navigate the tricky waters that is wedding planning. Beyond being well-connected in these destinations and extremely knowledgeable, you’ll very quickly realize that EVERYONE loves them. Ask around and you’ll hear the same thing over and over again – “They’re AWESOME.”

My wife and I owe a heartfelt thanks to Milan and Shree. Had it not been for them—their compassion, organization, near-constant availability, dogged insistence on perfection, and willingness to always advocate for our vision—our wedding would not have been possible. We consider Shaadi destinations the premiere Caribbean destination wedding planners because their experience, breadth of knowledge, relationships, and willingness to focus on the minutiae exceeded our wildest expectations. One would be hard-pressed to find any company that could rival their expertise in creating such a modern, fun beach wedding. For a company that bills itself as “an award-winning Indian destination wedding agency,” they are so much more than that. They brought our interfaith (Hind-Jewish) wedding to life in EXACTLY the way we wanted. There’s no better attribute for a wedding planner than somebody who is willing to make grown vendors cry in order to make our vision a reality. Milan and Shree did exactly that, and our wedding was PERFECT.
Frankly, planning a destination wedding takes guts. We chose our Mexican resort sight unseen, our décor arose out of a hodgepodge of social media photos, and we didn’t taste any of the food or drinks until just days before our events. Milan and Shree have been great to work with. From the start, they have been super valuable in helping us plan and pick the perfect location/resort for us. They were able to break down everything for us and provide pictures and videos of any resort we wanted to see.
