I only spoke to one florist on the phone - Betty Jo. I knew from the moment we spoke that she was going to be a pleasure to work with. Betty Jo is a true artist and you can trust her to provide beautiful and unique flowers for your wedding. I could not have been more pleased - she really listened to me and captured what I wanted. It is 1 week later and I am still enjoying the flowers from our wedding at my house - I wish they would not die.

I planned my own wedding and one thing that made me nervous was knowing I would not see my flowers until the day of. Looking back now, I had nothing to worry about after choosing Secret Gardens. She took the time to find out exactly what I wanted, even when I didn't entirely know, and I was pleasantly surprised the result. I highly recommend her!

My original florist cancelled on me two months before our wedding, and I was in a complete panic. I called Betty Jo, told her what kind of flowers I had in mind (which were unusual... burgundy dahlias and ornamental chili peppers with lots of deep greens and blushes). She loved my vision and got excited along with me. Even over the phone I could tell she understood what I was looking for. She uses a combination of flowers from her own garden and pulls the best she can find from multiple vendors. I think she told me she used five different distributors to do our wedding. Can you imagine how much organization that took? One thing I REALLY wanted was this enormous hanging piece suspended from the ceiling of the reception tent. It was almost six feet long. It was absolutely AMAZING. My mom cried when she saw it. Betty Jo just LOVES her work. She is a true flower lover and it shows in her pieces. She was very affordable as well and busted her butt to communicate with me frequently especially since we only had two months to plan together. BOOK HER!
