This is my neighborhood flower shop and I use them on occasion. For this situation I was doing a test run on the wedding cake and I wanted real flowers, orchids, as my wedding is in Scotland and my baker is there also, I wanted to see what I wanted would work. I did a test run of the large cupcake here in CA before I finalized the design and details with Scotland. I purchased the steamed orchids from Seaside. They were very helpful and got me what I needed in the time frame I needed it. Its a lovely shop and the girls are great.
