Sarai Flores Weddings made my special day perfect. Sarai kept us in budget and made sure there all of the details were perfect. Even when a few things didn't go as planned (I left half of the wedding favors back home!), Sarai ensured that people still received something. She kept me sane during the planning pricess and ensured that all questions were answered. She made my dream wedding a reality, and I can't thank her enough!

My husband and I decided to get married in Valle after getting engaged there and visiting several times after. Although I have previously worked as a wedding planner myself, after touring venues on our own, we quickly realized that we were going to need someone more familiar with the area to help us. We did some research on Instagram and found Sarai. After speaking with a few wedding planners in Valle, we met Sarai and immediately knew that she was going to be the wedding planner for us. We met her virtually and instantly connected and felt at ease with her. She was warm, personable, and extremely organized and we really felt like she understood us and cared about our wedding just from the first time we met her. We hired her about a year before our wedding day and began our year long process of planning with her. Throughout the process, Sarai was always available for every question we had via text or by setting up video meetings any time we wanted. She connected us with top vendors in the area and was the prime point of contact for all of the communications with them. She also connected us with transportation options for our friends and family coming in from Southern California who were going to be traveling to Valle for their very first time. All of the vendors she recommended were trustworthy and professional and provided the best service to us for our wedding weekend. Sarai helped us plan all of our wedding events including a wine tour, welcome event, and ceremony and reception. We were blown away each time with the vendors she recommended or the advice she had given us to make all of our dreams come true. She completely understood our vision, inspiration, and directions we gave to her. As a former wedding planner myself, I was completely impressed by Sarai and her team and just how detailed and organized they were. She executed all of the details that I imagined and hoped for. I can’t say enough good things about her. We are so glad we hired her, and because of her help, we had the best day of our lives. We are counting down the days until we can plan another event with her in Valle again!

You will be in excellent hands with Saraí. She just "gets" it and makes your vision literally come alive. From the very start she was fully on board with all our crazy ideas (ie: what if instead of an aisle, we did a horse! lol), and didn't pressure us in any way to get extra things we didn't want. She also completely understood the stylish bohemian vibe we wanted to go for (honestly, I think it helps that we are close in age). She just guided us with her expertise by giving us suggestions and taking proactive steps to make it all happen. Throughout the whole process she was super helpful, supportive, organized, well-prepared, and paid attention to detail. It was so nice to feel calm and taken care of, since she's that kind of person - someone you can really trust, and count on. She literally brought my Pinterest board to life! It was also very helpful that she's fully bilingual and that she has great connections with all the best vendors in the area. With her help, our wedding turned out more magical than we could have ever imagined! She really went above and beyond for us. 1000% recommend working with her.
