Sarai was an excellent guide—excellent in every aspect: professional, kind, and honest.
Personally, Saraí’s help during the planning process was a huge mental relief that allowed me to enjoy all those details without worry. She gave us the best attention on the day of our wedding, not only to us (the couple) but to all our guests and family, making that day very special.
A thousand thanks for making the day of our dreams come true!

Sarai Flores Weddings made my special day perfect. Sarai kept us in budget and made sure there all of the details were perfect. Even when a few things didn't go as planned (I left half of the wedding favors back home!), Sarai ensured that people still received something. She kept me sane during the planning pricess and ensured that all questions were answered. She made my dream wedding a reality, and I can't thank her enough! -

My husband and I decided to get married in Valle after getting engaged there and visiting several times after. Although I have previously worked as a wedding planner myself, after touring venues on our own, we quickly realized that we were going to need someone more familiar with the area to help us. We did some research on Instagram and found Sarai. After speaking with a few wedding planners in Valle, we met Sarai and immediately knew that she was going to be the wedding planner for us. We met her virtually and instantly connected and felt at ease with her. She was warm, personable, and extremely organized and we really felt like she understood us and cared about our wedding just from the first time we met her. We hired her about a year before our wedding day and began our year long process of planning with her. Throughout the process, Sarai was always available for every question we had via text or by setting up video meetings any time we wanted. She connected us with top vendors in the area and was the prime point of contact for all of the communications with them. She also connected us with transportation options for our friends and family coming in from Southern California who were going to be traveling to Valle for their very first time. All of the vendors she recommended were trustworthy and professional and provided the best service to us for our wedding weekend. Sarai helped us plan all of our wedding events including a wine tour, welcome event, and ceremony and reception. We were blown away each time with the vendors she recommended or the advice she had given us to make all of our dreams come true. She completely understood our vision, inspiration, and directions we gave to her. As a former wedding planner myself, I was completely impressed by Sarai and her team and just how detailed and organized they were. She executed all of the details that I imagined and hoped for. I can’t say enough good things about her. We are so glad we hired her, and because of her help, we had the best day of our lives. We are counting down the days until we can plan another event with her in Valle again! -

Saraí is an excellent wedding planner! She makes you feel at ease. She made sure everything went down in a timely manner so you can enjoy the best out of your wedding day! She also made sure guests had all they needed and making them feel welcomed the entire time! She was always available and made sure to speak to the vendors so you wouldn’t have to worry at all about that! We got married at Valle de Guadalupe, BC, México! -

You will be in excellent hands with Saraí. She just "gets" it and makes your vision literally come alive. From the very start she was fully on board with all our crazy ideas (ie: what if instead of an aisle, we did a horse! lol), and didn't pressure us in any way to get extra things we didn't want. She also completely understood the stylish bohemian vibe we wanted to go for (honestly, I think it helps that we are close in age). She just guided us with her expertise by giving us suggestions and taking proactive steps to make it all happen. Throughout the whole process she was super helpful, supportive, organized, well-prepared, and paid attention to detail. It was so nice to feel calm and taken care of, since she's that kind of person - someone you can really trust, and count on. She literally brought my Pinterest board to life! It was also very helpful that she's fully bilingual and that she has great connections with all the best vendors in the area. With her help, our wedding turned out more magical than we could have ever imagined! She really went above and beyond for us. 1000% recommend working with her. I don't know how we could have done it without her! -

When my wife and I started looking for a wedding planner / coordinator in Valle de Guadalupe, we interviewed a handful of different vendors, and Saraí immediately stood out from the crowd. She has the perfect combination of being incredibly sweet, genuine, and earnest in all her efforts to give you the best day, while also being a true professional.
She was always easy to schedule time with, and came organized for every call. She has also invested in software that makes it easier for you to keep track of your budget and all the potential expenses. She was also great at cutting down on a lot of the research work by providing a roster of vendors to partner with, all of which ended up being EXCELLENT to work with. Special call out / thank you to her transportation partner, who was able to navigate the hardest logistical challenge for the entire event, and they absolutely CRUSHED IT. We had our guests picked up from the San Ysidro border, shuttled down to their hotels for check-in, as well as to our respective events on Friday and Saturday, and then of course back to the border on Sunday. They were responsible for transporting 125 people, and it went extremely smoothly, which is a huge testament to both Saraí and her team.
With regard to the venue, Saraí had a ton of terrific suggestions for us, and went out of her way to make sure it was decorated perfectly. And she even coordinated a special surprise for us, which was so kind of her.
We truly cannot recommend her strongly enough. You'll find her to be someone who is the ultimate professional, but someone who also GENUINELY CARES about both you and your wedding. And that can be very rare to find, because lets face it, weddings are stressful. But no matter how stressful it gets, she's always going to go the extra mile for you, and that's truly what made her such a joy to work with. You won't find anyone better.

Sarai is the best one. Super friendly and professional person. She always is smiling and her attitude is always positive! She has a very peaceful aura and a relaximg tone of voice. As a future bride these are characteristics that will help you stay calm during the wedding planning process. She will always welcome your opinions and suggestions. She knows Valle de Guadalupe pretty well. Her vendors are professional and very clear when it comes to money. Sarai will make your wedding planning an easy and smooth process! -

Sarai was amazing!
Sarai was kind, professional, patient, organized, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. She helped us plan a fantastic wedding that our family and friends continue to talk about years later! When my wedding dress tore, Sarai noticed and helped sow it back together so that I could continue dancing. Several of our guest also commented on how kind and attentive she was throughout our entire wedding. She was an excellent choice to plan our wedding and I could not recommend her enough! -
