I couldn't have asked for a better team than Hector and Charly! From the very start, they were so responsive compared to the other planners I reached out to that I immediately decided to move forward with them. They made our year-long wedding planning so easy and enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend them to others. As a US-based bride who didn't travel to Mexico once throughout the planning process, I put a lot of trust in our planners and they delivered. Their communication was on point and their fluency in English and Spanish was helpful to effectively communicate with me and my vendors. They provided the right guidance without pushing anything on me and my husband that did not align with our vision. They also listened to all of our wants and needs and that was evident in the end product. The florals and designs were beyond my wildest dreams, and it reflected our personalities and style. We planned and organized our destination wedding in Mexico City with Cameroni & Mora. They started by walking us through the overall process of picking our vendors and developing an image for the wedding. They then executed beautifully on helping identify and pick vendors, keep up with contracts/payments, and develop the themes and colors. Additionally the floral arrangements through Mora Flora (of Cameroni and Mora) were absolutely amazing.
When we travelled to Mexico City for planning reasons, they picked us up and drove us to venues and caterers themselves, acting as interpreters the whole time.
When the wedding day came, they were on top of everything and we did not need to lift a finger. They coordinated the ceremony, directed guests to the areas of the next events, handled organizing and coordinating all the vendors, and even handled emergencies like one of our guests having a medical issue and another having her shoe break without worrying the other guests.

I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Our wedding was a dream come true.

There are a number of challenges that can make planning a destination wedding intimidating. For over a year, we worked with Hector & Charlie to make our dream wedding at Museo Casa de La Bola come to life. The two of them are incredibly professional, thorough, responsive, innovative, helpful and friendly. Their services included venue scouting, recommending and vetting caterers, musicians, entertainment options, etc. They always had strong vendors that they recommended but were flexible and willing to work with any others that we may find ourselves. They provided guidance but were always open to listen to our ideas and always made sure that our vision was the priority. Our only regret is that after a year plus of working with them we won’t have an excuse to chat with them on a weekly basis. We could not recommend this dynamic duo any more for any event in Mexico.

Hector and Charly are the BEST!!! HIRE THEM! They made all of our dreams come true. From the moment we got engaged, we had full access to them and they made themselves available always. They responded within minutes every single time. We were planning a destination wedding to Tepoztlan and they were so organized, calm, caring, had amazing attention to detail, showed extreme professionalism, and more. They toured days of venues with us, fed us, got me a last minute nail appointment when a hurricane hit our hometown the week of our wedding, and so much more. They coordinated with every vendor on our behalf, reviewed contracts, negotiated and advocated on our behalf, and paced our budget perfectly. The flowers Charly brought to life were like out of a magazine. They listened to every idea we had, provided guidance, and made it come alive. They went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend (4 events!!) happen seamlessly. I could go on and on, but we truly could NOT have done this massive endeavor without these amazing wedding planners. Again- HIRE THEM!

Planning
From the moment we met Héctor and Charly, we were excited to work with them. They are an awesome team, full of energy, ideas, and positivity. We planned our wedding from the US and made a few trips to Mexico City over the ~1.5 years leading up to the wedding to scout ideas. For every visit, Héctor and Charly organized all the meetings with potential venues and vendors making it a seamless process (they drove us around which made the logistics much easier too). It saved us a lot of time to go through the curated list of vendors that they have compiled over the years, especially with our limited time available because both of us were working full time. At the same time, Héctor and Charly were very open to working with new vendors that we had found on our own for some items, like the party favors. Héctor and Charly were super organized and responsive throughout the whole process. They would follow up with vendors without us asking to make sure things kept moving, and they would ensure all our questions were fully answered by the vendors.

Execution
We planned three events – a welcome drinks reception on a Friday at a hotel, the wedding ceremony and reception on Saturday at different venues, and a brunch for family and the wedding party at the same hotel as Friday. Héctor and Charly were there at every step, from helping us with setting up and receiving all our guests on Friday evening, to bringing some of the beautiful flower arrangements from Saturday to the brunch on Sunday to carry on with the wedding vibe. Héctor, Charly, and team were very professional throughout, dressed to match the occasion, and always making sure everything was running smoothly. We were very happy with how everything turned out and are very grateful to the team at Cameroni & Mora!

If you are looking for your wedding day dreams to come true, look no further! I’m telling you right now, Cameroni & Mora Eventologists are your go to’s. Hector and Charlie absolutely made the entire wedding planning process so easy for me and my husband. They kept us up to speed during the entire process. We were planning this wedding on different time zones (U.S-us, MX-them) and Hector was always willing to meet via phone call/video call, always willing to answer any of our concerns, and always transparent with us (which I really appreciated). When we needed to pivot due to unforeseen circumstances, they did not skip a beat and kept the ball rolling. I cannot express enough on how amazing their work is and how passionate and important they made us feel leading up to our big day. They thought of everything and anything! Truly was an amazing experience from beginning to end working with this team. If I could redo it over and over again, it would always be with these guys!

We planned our wedding in Mexico while living in Amsterdam. Hector and Charly from Cameroni y Mora were a dream to work with. Flexible, caring, attentive to every detail. The best wedding planners in Mexico! Hector and his business partner Carlos (floral designer) Made our dream wedding come true! From the first meeting we had with them, they created a personalized proposal that included all of the details we wanted in our wedding. Our wedding was very unique, a cultural fusion between Mexican and African cultures. Hector and Carlos did a lot of research to represent both cultures throughout every aspect of the wedding. The decorations, food, flowers, and music were all expertly selected by Hector and Carlos to fit our theme. Even more importantly, they selected vendors they knew could respectfully and effectively represent both of our cultures in the wedding. Our wedding was MAGICAL!

Additionally, my husband and I live in the United States, so we had to travel to CDMX a few times f. r planning the wedding. Every time we traveled to CDMX, Hector and Carlos treated us like family, taking the time to not only do wedding planning activities, but also give us tours around the city and take us to their favorite places to eat, shop, and dance!

Hector and Carlos started as just our wedding planners, but now I can say they are now part of our family.
