I am a professional photographer who has been shooting weddings, engagements, family portraits, newborns, maternity, events and much more since 2009.

I've always been interested in photography. I picked up my first camera at the age of ten, and used to pretend that I was on assingment for National Geographic Magazine sneaking around my house taking photos of our animals.

In 1994 I received a Certificate of Completion in Media Productions with an emphasis on 35mm black and white film. I learned the art of film working in a dark room. I have shot for David's Bridal, large corporate events, and have worked in film as a set photographer.

In 1999 my husband and I got married on Kauai, and I couldn't wait to get the photos back. We both were highly disappointed with the lack of attention to detail, and that is one reason why I decided to go into portrait photography. I realized that I can make people be themselves and capture those magical moments, that most other photographers seem to miss.
