Sarah did a phenomenal job from start to finish! After planning 1 wedding and then postponing it 6 months later, Sarah helped us get across the finish line and have fun with the entire process. She was very resourceful and created a fantastic vendor team that made our wedding day so special. Sarah is very flexible and beyond patient with us during the entire planning process. She offered a variety of resources, tools and insight to set up the weekend for success. I cannot rave more about how great she is and how she is able to help you execute your vision. During these uncertain times, Sarah found joy and fun in the planning process when most found it to be stressful. I would highly recommend Sarah!

Sarah was so lovely to work with! She is so kind and patient, and she made our day run absolutely smoothly. She was fabulous about giving people gentle directions and keeping everything running without being intrusive. We had a strolling reception with stations and cocktail style service, which is extra challenging to keep on track because by design it has a lot less structure. We were really impressed with her ability to adapt to situations as she anticipated them. For example, she asked us if we wanted to do our first dance earlier than we had planned to do it, because people had all sat down to eat and she thought it would be a good idea to avoid disrupting the flow later. Her instincts were right on! She also went above and beyond in so many other way, like assembling the centerpieces, steaming my dress herself, and organizing all the cleanup/load out which was the last thing on my mind at the end of the night. She kept everything absolutely stress free on our wedding day and was just such a sweet and soothing presence to have helping us. We just enjoyed her as a person so much, which I think is really great dynamic to have with any vendor you spend a bunch of your wedding day with! Hire her!

Sarah was gifted to my husband and I from a friend. She was very understanding of what I was looking for from the get go. We were on a tight budget and she helped me stay in that budget without having to lower my expectations. On our wedding day she made me feel like an absolute queen! I had no idea of mishaps going on until after the night was over! My husband's shirt was ripped from under his arm all the way down to the bottom and she managed to make it work for the wedding. While putting the ceremony and reception together, she never stopped making sure I was okay and comfortable. She is amazing and will make your day a DREAM! It felt like she was more like a friend than someone who was hired to help us.

I reached out to Sarah in the final planning stages of my wedding. I was a ball of stress, trying my best to pin down final details and make sure my vision became a beautiful reality. After my first meeting with Sarah, I quickly realized that she needed to fully take the reins. She stepped in 100% - pinning down details with the caterer, finding amazing rental deals (if I remember correctly she saved us over $3,000) and she was great at keeping everything focused and efficient. She was consistently available, and made me feel super comfortable even when I thought I was asking the silliest question and made me feel totally validated even when I thought I was being especially finicky. My only regret was not going to Sarah sooner! She is amazing!

I hired Sarah Anna to help plan and coordinate my daughter's wedding. It was the best decision I could have made! We luckily were able to work with Sarah Anna for a full year prior to the wedding making our big day perfect! Sarah Anna absolutely made my entire wedding day go more smoothly! We hired her with the day of coordination package and she went above and beyond answering questions ahead of time, providing assistance, and attending the weding rehearsal. One of the first things I did post-engagement was hire Sarah to be my wedding planner, and it the best decision I ever made! I could not have imagined planning our wedding without Sarah Anna! We met with a list of experienced wedding planners but Sarah was by far the one for us. When we spoke with her about our vision for the wedding, she understood exactly what we were looking for. She also was excited about our farm-to-table theme and had lots of great ideas from the beginning!

We were married at the Ribault Club in February 2016. We hired Sarah in June of 2015 & chose to have her handle the entire wedding planning process. Sarah involved us as much as we wanted to be involved. There were many things that we (my mom, husband, dad & I) wanted a lot of involvement with (especially our design, food & music) and other things we did not care too much about. Sarah was wonderful at updating us weekly in the planning process. We met as frequently as we wanted to meet and she was available any time for questions as we had them. She was truly a valuable resource for any questions I had and was quick to respond. She coordinated appointments for dress fittings and even helped with things most wedding planners don't care to do.

Sarah has a host of connections in Jacksonville with wedding vendors. She was able to recommend vendors she had previously worked with which was super helpful to us. She took care of the behind the scenes work with the vendors and let us handle the fun stuff (cake tastings, color choices, etc). The vendors she recommended were not only incredibly talented but they were experienced. They knew how to pull off every detail without failure. Our band, photographer, videographer, florist, catering, rentals & lighting were all vendors Sarah recommended & loved.

Sarah ended up paying for herself time and time again. She saved us over $4,000 with our food by negotiating with the catering company to lower our per plate price. This is just one example of many where she was not afraid to negotiate a better price on our behalf. Sarah was VITAL to our wedding!!!
