I had my wedding in July at Olympic Sculpture Park in Seattle. It was a perfect day and so much of that was thanks to Sara. I hired her for month-of coordination and she played a big part in making the day a success. I'm not a type A person by nature, stringing the details of the wedding was very hard for me. Once I had my vendors hired, she did a great job getting them all to communicate and work together to pull off the wedding. It helped that she has also done many weddings for OSP. Being an event planner is a difficult role - you have to execute on the details as well as do a lot of interpersonal management. She is very professional, kind, and reassured me the whole way through that I was on schedule even when it felt like I wasn't! I would highly recommend her for any event.

I found Sara from her days at TASTE (the former caterer of the Seattle Art Museum). I was familiar with her expertise in planning and running events and weddings at the SAM and knew she'd be able to handle my wedding easily. Sara delivered! She is endlessly prepared, thinking of everything you could possibly need or be on the lookout for. She is great at communicating, as well. She heard all my worries and dreams and made them all a priority. She also never left me in the dark about anything--it was great. The day of was just as great. She oversaw the whole day, managed the hiccups, and remembered the details (even making sure me and my hubby got fed). I cannot recommend her and her thoroughness enough! Also, she has awesome vibes. She's definitely someone you can rely on and have fun with.

Sara was wonderful! For our wedding she was the planning assistant with Megan Clark at Clutch Events.
