Thank you for your interest in Santa Fe River Ranch. SFRR is the most unique and versatile outdoor venue in north central Florida. It offers multiple breathtaking ceremony sites, covered and uncovered, to provide you with a wide variety of options. Setting Santa Fe River Ranch apart from the rest is our beautiful reception area that features flowing drapes, a large chandelier, a balcony and spiral staircases, and, most importantly, air conditioning and heat. Additionally, our vintage bridal lodge is included the entire day of your wedding.

A professional wedding coordinator is also included for the day to help keep your timeline running smoothly so your special day is stress free.

Another unique feature is that we do just one wedding per week. This allows you access for a rehearsal on Friday for a Saturday event. You will also have access all day Saturday and Sunday to return to the ranch and gather your personal items so that you don’t have to rush to collect them the night of your wedding or event. This makes for a much more relaxing experience.

Enter through our timeless and elegant open air pole barn, with a large wraparound bar. Each side of the barn features built in high tops and seating and brick patio courtyards with a fire spiral staircases, and wagon wheel chandeliers to light up the loft. It is fully air conditioned and heated.

We have a timeless lodge that is included for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready the day of the wedding. The lodge has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and is available for overnight stays for an additional charge. We also have a guest house that can also accommodate 8 guests and we work closely with local hotels as close as 5 miles away. It has a patio with a built in fireplace and overhead café lights.

For your ceremony you may choose between white chairs for a more traditional look or brown benches for a more rustic look. Both of these options are included for up to 300 guests. Other beautiful décor options for the ceremony that can be rented at an additional cost include a white or brown wall with double doors to keep the bride hidden until the moment she walks down the aisle. We also have chandelier options that we can hang from the tree to really make a statement. For your reception, tables and chairs are included for up to 300 guests. Upgrade options such as Chiavari chairs and farm tables are available to take your reception to the next level. Ranch staff does all the heavy lifting for you, setting up tables and chairs per your specifications.

Worried about rain? Don’t! SFRR is the only outdoor-style venue in the area that has a covered ceremony option. This is so important in Florida because of the possibility of inclement weather. SFRR does not provide a caterer, leaving you with the freedom to select any type of caterer you might wish to use. You may stock your own bar, but we require you to hire an insured bartender to serve. We have a great vendor list to help you with the few things we don’t provide.

We will provide you with unmatched service for your big day. A team of staff work your event, parking guests and providing transportation for guests to your ceremony site, and tending to anything that might arise. We work diligently to help make sure your day is as perfect as it can possibly be.

Our prices include our facility and many of the amenities listed above. To save your date, a $1,000 deposit is required, with the balance not due until 3 weeks prior to the wedding or event. We want to ensure you have a wonderful experience and we make every effort to make sure you and your guests have a day and night to remember. There are other barn venues that claim to be the best. The pole barn is decorated with curtains, café lights, chandeliers, lanterns, and other lighting that really makes the place magical at night. Attached to the pole barn is our enclosed reception facility. The reception area is incredibly elegant and decorated with flowing drapes, a large chandelier, lighting on the loft railing and please check our calendar for available dates.
