Billy at Samuel Owens is the best ! We met with him several time at his restaurant to go over the menu choices. He helped us with selections. At the set up rehearsal he came to see how we were doing and helped set up his food tables. We decided to have a buffet set up with food. At the reception his staff was excellent ! They had cleaned up all dishes and leftover food was put in sturdy foil trays for us to freeze and take home. The leftover wedding cake was immediately put in their large refrigerator and wrapped for us to take also. Excellent to work with and people raved about the food all night and weeks later ! His roast beef is AWESOME !!!! It melts in your mouth. We had eaten at the restaurant before so we new our guests would enjoy their dinner.
