Monica is exceptional. She listens to exactly what you're looking for and how you want your hair styled. If you're not happy with the style, she is very open to changing it to what you want. I did not even give her pictures of what I wanted but just said I wanted a low bun, and she executed really well. She also replicated a style that Eva Longoria had at one of the award shows for one of my bridesmaids, and it was really nice.
