Serving couples in the Central Florida area, Sackett Ranch is a wedding venue located in Lakeland, Florida. Situated five minutes from Polk Parkway, this 12-acre farm provides a convenient yet private location for all celebrations of love. The working ranch is family-owned and operated, and they built their farmhouse and moved onto the property in 2011. After their son and daughter-in-law hosted their wedding on the grounds, the family constructed the barn and decided to turn it into an event space. They invite soon-to-be-newlyweds to celebrate their momentous occasion of love in this rustic, rural, and elegant setting.

Facilities and Capacity

The adorable 5,000-square-foot red barn at Sackett Ranch can accommodate up to 200 people for dinner and dancing. This cavernous building features exposed beams, a lofted ceiling, unique lighting fixtures, a built-in bar, and a white hearth. The interior is decorated with retro accents, including wooden wheels, oak barrels, settees, cowhide sofa chairs, and vintage white doors. An outdoor ceremony spot is provided underneath the draping Southern trees, which create a romantic and secluded atmosphere. A newly designed stone pathway and dais make this a picture-perfect location for tying the knot with friends and family gathered around. The grounds offer plenty of room for setting up corn hole and other lawn games, which guests can enjoy together late into the night. A covered buggy is also available and makes for an excellent and distinctive accompaniment to photographs. Two get-ready suites are also included for preparing for the big day, both of which are equipped with air conditioning. These rooms feature comfortable and antique furniture, large wooden tables, cowhide rugs, and vanities.

Services Offered

Rental of Sackett Ranch comes with use of the facilities and grounds from 8am to 11:30pm on the date of the wedding. Rehearsals can be accommodated between 1pm and 9pm on the day prior to the event. Couples can also use this time to set up and decorate the space, while the venue staff will assist with the setup of tables and chairs. A list of partners is provided for everything from DJs and photographers to caterers and bartenders, but couples are also welcome to choose their own. For larger events, the venue includes tents that can be set up on the lawns and protected from any inclement weather.
