Working with John throughout our engagement and wedding day was an amazing experience! I honestly cannot say enough about how wonderful he is to work with. He gave us tools to help the planning process and the day of go smoothly, jumped in to help when something went wrong, and documented our love story in the most beautiful way while putting us at ease and making sure we had fun!

We were familiar with John's work for nearly 10 years. We were first acquainted with him when my husband and I went to our first Fireball in early 2014. We met him at later Fireballs, and he even photographed one of my bridemaids' wedding before us.... So we knew what we were getting into.

John took some lovely engagement phots of us at the Arboretum and wedding photos at the Garver Feed Mill. He is great at coaxing out your authentic selves. He's helpful during the planning process, happy to help with timelines, and give suggestions.

Wedding day John was really on top of the timeline while being patient with my wedding party, our families, our guests, and most importantly, us. He never made us felt rushed, but he made sure that we moved along and were properly taken care of.

He's willing to be flexible during the night if you need more time, and he's good about checking in for any last shots before he leaves for the day.

I definitely recommend John and his team. Michelle assisted him during our wedding day, and she was lovely as well.

John is an absolute angel and incredible photographer. We really felt like we made a friend through the process of having an engagement session and planning with him ahead of the event. His style is natural, disarming, and comforting meanwhile he captured by far the best photos of us we’ve ever had.

On the day he was a friendly face and a calming respite from all of the stress and social responsibility, he was the reason we had so many personal, touching moments together as a couple and we can’t thank him enough.

John and his team were FANTASTIC, especially Tammy (videography)! There are so many unique options that set Sable Park apart from other vendors. They offer drone photography, videography, and their photo booth is amazing (they even curate the props to the couple's interests)! The engagement photo session was included in our package and we were able to include our dog for those photos. Highly recommend Sable Park for your photography & videography needs. They were so easy to work with, so responsive to questions, and a wonderful presence on the day of the event. I'm not very comfortable with photos (and certainly not video!), but they were so easy to work with and such a calming presence that it took a lot of the stress of staged photos away for us and we could just enjoy the moment!

John did our photobooth for our wedding. He was amazing. He actually went above and beyond. He came out to the venue a week or so before the wedding to find the best place for lighting. On the day of, he came to find me so I knew he was there and set up.

My guests and friends are STILL raving about him and his photos. He gave suggestions on how to pose. Everyone had fun ones, serious ones and everything in between. The quality of everything was just so great. Thank you so much John!

John was so great to work with! He was very helpful with picture ideas and places to go for our engagement session. He offers great services, like a photobooth and a free engagement session. He was wonderful with putting our "picture-phobe" family members at ease. It's like one of your friends are taking your pictures. John was absolutely amazing to work with! He was extremely accommodating and knew exactly what to do for our wedding. I loved that our engagement pictures were absolutely free because he understands the importance of knowing if a photographer is a good fit with you. We booked immediately after our engagement shoot. He was so quick to respond to emails and always answered all of my questions to the fullest. What I love about Sable Park Photography is that everything they have is put into one price. Some companies have extra fees for a photo booth, an extra photographer, and for all day shooting, but Sable Park does everything they have for one price. He did a great job, had great ideas, and I would highly recommend him for any wedding or event you may have.
