Ruth's Chris Steakhouse Fairfax catered our wedding on April 21, 2013. The team of people that catered our wedding went so far above and beyond! Domingo, Ellen, and Chef Matt did an excellent job. We have gotten SO many compliments on not only the quality of food that was served but also how wonderfully polite and attentive the serving staff was! Our wedding went so smoothly because of the Fairfax team. They even went so far as to organize all of our leftover beer and wine and decorations. When we came to pick everything up, it was so neatly done that it made our life so much easier! They saved everything for us including the paper flags we had hanging in the tent, which I thought for sure would have been thrown away! I can't say enough nice things about Ruth's Chris Fairfax and I would highly recommend them for future events!
