We chose Rustic Star photophraphy to shoot our wedding this last September and couldn't have been any happier with our choice! From the very beginning Anita was quick to respond, flexible with our plans and so much fun to work with! If you are looking for an experienced photographer who is full of energy and passionate in what she does, you've found her! - My biggest advice for engaged couples is to pay a little more for the photography( you truly get what you pay for) after the wedding is all said and done, the pictures and memories will be the only thing you get to keep from that special day!

Rustic Star did an absolutely wonderful job at our wedding. Anita helped us coordinate the whole day and our pictures turned out exquisite! Her knowledge of photography and fun hearted nature made everyone comfortable and eager to take pictures. She was able to get a wonderful picture of a special moment between my grandmother and I during the wedding that I cherish as a few months later my grandmother's dementia took over. She worked with us and gave us different options to fit our budget. I was so thankful to have such an awesome photographer because the day went by so fast that it is great to have gorgeous pictures to look back at and remember our special day!

I am so in love with my wedding photos from Rustic Star Photography! They really captured the feel of the day and immortalized so many beautiful moments and details that we were too swept up to linger on and fully appreciate at the time. The candid shots are so rich and romantic and the group shots of the wedding party are so fun and creative without feeling at all contrived. They also did a photo booth for us where they perfectly captured the essence of each and every one of crazy wonderful guests. They had fantastic ideas for poses and pictures and were also wide open for anything we suggested. I have ONE HUGE REGRET: and that's that we didn't use their videography services!!! Don't make that mistake too!!! Take it from me, you WILL want a video of your service and your vows! We have wonderful beautiful photographs but I'd give anything to hear the vows! I would recommend Rustic Star to anybody for any occasion. They know exactly how to make you look and feel like your most beautiful genuine self and bring everyone together to create and commemorate some of the most important moments in life. Can't wait for our next big event!

We absoultley LOVED working with Anita! My husband and I live in San Diego so my parents originally met her first. They of course loved her from the beginning! We had talked on the phone several time before finally meeting. She was was so helpful, fun and energetic! She made you feel right at home and comfortable; which is important when taking pictures. She is so creative and I still love seeing all of her work. She was very patient with my husbands rowdy friends and seemed to have fun and fit right in.
