A few years ago I was stuck in Sales and MArketing jobs when I decided to go back to school and met my wife. Since then I have been working towards my dream of owning a company that not only goes above and beyond for its customers, but provides a workplace where talented peopel can come in and grow while peroviding for their families. I specialize in off premises catering and event planning. My wife handles Front of the House Management and bartending. In addition she is a photographer and together we form a formiddable team. My cuisine is what I call modern South Florida or Florida Georgia. It represents my southern and classical culinary rots fused with the blend of Latin and Caribbean cuisines you find down here in Lake Worth. My prices are the best in town. For $15 a person I will provide an all you can eat buffet with hors d'oeuvres. Servers are only $50. Our cuisine is comfort classics and our service is personal.
