My daughter was married 12/4/21. Kathryn was our specialist at Chez Gourmet. They worked with us prior to the wedding a number of times tasting & altering various menus with hors d'oeuvres, main courses, deserts & drinks. Chez Gourmet was a preferred vendor for our venue, but they made the process so easy! My husband and I worked with Kathryn, who was extremely communicative, answered all our questions, helped us make sure extreme food allergies were accommodated, was extremely flexible when our guest count was affected by COVID. When we did our tasting at their facility, we were blow away! The staff that worked our wedding were amazing, on point, always checking on us. I was so impressed with their service! I would recommend Chez Gourmet to anyone in the South Florida area!

Michele and her team were absolutely incredible from day 1. Since our initial meetings, Michele made sure that everything we could have wanted was there. She was very informed about the business and our venue, as it has very strict rules. The food was to die for! Over two weeks later and people are still talking about how good everything was. As the bride and groom, we were treated to a private dinner after the ceremony just for us to soak in the moment which was SO AMAZING. Our cocktail hour was overflowing with food, our guests raved how the staff was so attentive and they never had to go "hunting" for food. The steak during dinner cut like butter and the fish was sweet and savory! We (the bride and groom) did not have to go looking for anything, as our server had our drinks replenished every time they got a little low! We are SO happy with our choice in going with Chez Gourmet!

Michele and the Chez Gourmet team truly made our wedding amazing. From our first conversation they were extremely well organized and their extensive knowledge of the venue made the rest of my planning process very simple. They knew exactly how much staff and all rentals we would need and managed that whole process for us seamlessly. On top of that, the food was absolutely spectacular- the steak so tender one guest commented that they could cut it with a butter knife. They were truly the brains behind the operation and made the event unforgettable. If I could recommend only one vendor, it would be them.

My husband and I were careful selecting an event planner / caterer for our wedding since same-sex weddings are still relatively a new thing. Sheri Jacobs and her team at Chez Gourmet were absolutely amazing to work with. From the first intimate meeting we had with Sheri, to the few planning stages, finally to the end of the wedding, my husband and I did not worry about a thing knowing "Chez will handle it." Their attention to detail, listening to our requests, respecting our budget, and not giving us a cookie-cutter event, we are forever grateful that our friends and family were treated like royalty. Their quality of food was superb, the staff was progressive, friendly, and most important to (us), gay friendly. If you're hiring a caterer, be assured Chef and Sheri will FEED YOU before the reception; we had pseudo-parents that night making sure we ate. My only regret is that the evening went by too fast. It's also, one of the things people remember most about the wedding. Chez Gourmet was 1 of 5 caterers that I interviewed for my wedding. I didn't want to have a traditional sit-down dinner and Michele understood this from the begining. From the first meeting with her she helped me to understand that what I was looking for was a "walking dinner". This was so important to me because I didn't want the meal to dictate when people would be sitting in their chairs and when they would be dancing. Michele and her team were amazing at making our menu perfect and fit to the style of party we were looking to have. Adam and I couldn’t have been any happier with how everything turned out. Michele and the Chez Gourmet team are the best! They are so much more than a caterer though. Michele helped me plan my wedding from start to finish, and handled me with grace! Their prices were the most reasonable out of all the estimates we received, the food was amazing (seriously people still telling me how excellent the food was), and the service was impeccable. I could not recommend using Chez Gourmet more.

WOW!! We had our wedding at the Flagler Museum and hired Michele and team from Chez Gourmet. I can't even begin to cover how amazing this team is. The food was outstanding, the service and staff are 5 star, and the entire experience was truly incredible. Michele is extremely helpful and knows what she is doing. They made our entire wedding so so memorable. Everyone commented on the food, service, and just how well everything was done. THANK YOU THANK YOU!! If you have a chance to use Chez Gourmet, do it!!
