Richard was a true professional who came fully prepared for the wedding day! He had drones, hidden mics, and all kinds of cool equipment. But most importantly: my bride and I had a choreographed dance which we spent a lot of time practicing for. He had us send a video of the dance to him prior to the wedding day so he could study it and get all the best angles!
Skill aside, Richard was also an all-around friendly guy who I cannot recommend enough!

Richard and Tracy truly exceeded our expectations from our first e-mail communication to our wedding day and beyond. It really felt like we were working with family. We knew they cared about us and we were not just another client to them. We first met Richard in person during our engagement shoot. He was so friendly, calm, and enthusiastic. It felt like we already knew him! We absolutely loved the engagement Instagram reel and the love story film he created that perfectly told our story. We were so lucky to have both Richard and Tracy there on our wedding day. They captured all of our precious moments. Their friendly faces, calming presence, confidence, kindness, support, and very gentle direction was just what we needed. We knew we were in great hands and didn’t have to worry. Even though we had a tight timeline during our romantic photos, Richard made sure to remember and advocate for a couple shots that I had asked about beforehand, like one of my husband and I running together. Richard and Tracy went above and beyond for us by surprising us with a Same Day Edit that played during our wedding reception after our love story film played! It was a complete surprise to all of us!! We were so happy!! Our guests were simply wowed as were we! It was gorgeous and we still can’t believe how they created and edited it so fast. Our guests are still talking about it. Some of them even said that it was their favorite part of the reception. We are incredibly grateful. Our Instagram reel and highlight film of the wedding footage were amazing! We love both of them! I have cried almost every single time I have watched our highlight film. It is so special and will be treasured forever. Richard and Tracy are incredibly talented and phenomenal. We cannot recommend Royal films enough to any couple getting married in the future. My husband and I are blessed and so happy that they captured our engagement and wedding day so beautifully. We hope to work with them again in another capacity in the future. Richard was great with communication before, after and during the wedding. He was a nice guy and very professional. Working with him was seamless on the wedding day. The pricing is definitely reasonable and the quality turned out great, as expected. He was also very quick with getting us our videos after. We enjoyed all the footage including the instagram reel! 
We appreciated his help with the downloads too, as we found ourselves a bit technically challenged for the task!

We loved working with Richard and Tracy for our wedding videography! We were given a helpful and comprehensive survey that asked about our relationship, our expectations, a few song choices, and the day of schedule. Covid definitely threw a wrench in our original March 2020 plans, but they were so easy and willing to work with us to reschedule to March 2021 and finally an August 2021 date.

I was so impressed by Richard and his second shooter on the day of the wedding. They were friendly, engaging, and kind. They worked seamlessly with our photography team and blended easily into the background of the day. There were many times I forgot we were even being recorded and just had the time of my life.

We received the highlight reel within a month of the wedding and I was floored! They were telling our story with the perfect song choice. They did a beautiful job of capturing the details and emotions of the day in such a candid way. I felt like I was reliving our special day! I've watched the reel countless times since and have enjoyed sharing it with family and friends.

We received the full video 2 months after the wedding. Watching this, we know it was money well spent! This video is so precious to us, I just know we'll continue to rewatch it and share it with our future kids.

Where do I begin? We were originally scheduled to be married March of 2020 but had to postpone due to Covid. Tracy and Richard we're incredibly understanding throughout my whole process. Royal Films was amazing to work with! They did our photography and our videography for our wedding. They were very punctual with their responses, great in answering questions and flexible with our ever changing reality of a wedding in the middle of a pandemic—not to mention that we ended up with amazing pictures and videos! The day they say would be the most stressful for a bride was the least stressful for me because of the amazing service provided by Tracy and Richard. I honestly could not have asked for a better team that does both videography and photography. They understand each other so well, which makes for smooth sailing throughout the event. We were so comfortable so fast, even though my husband and I are shy. Tracy and Richard went beyond their role, including helping me adjust the wedding dress and other outfit pieces throughout the entire night. They wanted the pictures to be perfect for us, so they asked exactly what we wanted and what we didn't want beforehand.

Now let me tell you about the products. The video was EXACTLY what I always hoped it would be, and the pictures were beyond anything I could have asked for. They really are remarkable in their work ethic and their services and I am so happy we chose them. My family members also loved them and were raving about how amazing they were.
