Richard was a true professional who came fully prepared for the wedding day! He had drones, hidden mics, and all kinds of cool equipment. But most importantly: my bride and I had a choreographed dance which we spent a lot of time practicing for. He had us send a video of the dance to him prior to the wedding day so he could study it and get all the best angles!
Skill aside, Richard was also an all-around friendly guy who I cannot recommend enough! -

We loved working with Richard and Tracy for our wedding videography! We were given a helpful and comprehensive survey that asked about our relationship, our expectations, a few song choices, and the day of schedule. Covid definitely threw a wrench in our original March 2020 plans, but they were so easy and willing to work with us to reschedule to March 2021 and finally an August 2021 date.
I was so impressed by Richard and his second shooter on the day of the wedding. They were friendly, engaging, and kind. They worked seamlessly with our photography team and blended easily into the background of the day. There were many times I forgot we were even being recorded and just had the time of my life.
We received the highlight reel within a month of the wedding and I was floored! They were telling our story with the perfect song choice. They did a beautiful job of capturing the details and emotions of the day in such a candid way. I felt like I was reliving our special day! I've watched the reel countless times since and have enjoyed sharing it with family and friends.
We received the full video 2 months after the wedding. Watching this, we know it was money well spent! This video is so precious to us, I just know we'll continue to rewatch it and share it with our future kids.
We highly recommend Richard and Tracy of Royal Films! They are incredibly kind and friendly professionals, prompt in their responses, and they tell beautiful stories that uniquely capture the essence of your special day. It was a joy to work with them and I would not hesitate to hire them again! -

We weren't sure if we wanted to hire a videographer at first, but it turned out to be the best decision we made for the wedding. The video turned out phenomenal. It totally exceeded our expectations and really brings back memories of the day in a way that pictures don't.
Additionally, Richard is the nicest human being ever and his wife Tracy who we've corresponded with through email is extremely sweet as well. Again - we couldn't be happier with the final product. They're also priced very fairly compared to other vendors, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. They nailed our vision on the head of a touching video that wasn't corny or cheesy.

Richard and Tracy are just amazing team . I made the best decision of Hiring royal films for the wedding video. I'm truly grateful for both of them . Your Communication was great ,contract is easy to understand. There's no hidden fees everything straight forward which is amazing when you're trying to plan a wedding you don't want any surprises or more stress. Richard and Luke did great job capturing every detail of the wedding more than I could imagine .When I finally saw the video of the wedding I cried I had to watch it a couple times so I can see it again without crying it's just beautiful . Everybody that has watch the video I can tell you they cried " happy tears " of course Amazing video!! . Thank you for capturing great memories of a lifetime -

We did not initially plan on using a videographer, and we are SO HAPPY we changed our minds and used Royal Films. The day went by way too quickly, and it is simply impossible to remember every wonderful detail.
Royal Films did an AMAZING job of capturing every detail-- from the decor, to the views, to the first look, to the ceremony, to the speeches, to the dances. They even took drone footage, which looks amazing. The final product is gorgeous. I might have squealed a little when I saw our highlight film. Anyway, we are so happy we used them and recommend them highly! -

Diana Sent on 01/18/2016I will admit that I was initially lukewarm about having a videographer at all at my wedding. When my husband and I decided we wanted an unplugged ceremony and we had already hired a kick a** string quartet to perform, we finally settled on hiring one to capture the moment so that we could always look back on it. Surprised but not surprised to see there are many qualified vendors with excellent reviews and different styles. It is much of an investment as photography. Royal Films is very reasonably priced and offers different packages for your needs. The whole team is professional, quick to respond to questions, and very easy to work with. Since I was planning the wedding from out of town, I was very appreciative of the quick email replies and their accommodating our request for Skype sessions to virtually meet and greet. On the day of the wedding, Andy and his team were a dream to work with. They had great chemistry with my photographer. Andy also came to the rescue when I had a crisis - he helped fix my broken necklace! Andy was very polite and professional in recommending certain poses and shots that would look good in the video. When Andy sent us the link to our highlight video approximately one month after our wedding, I was so pleased. I normally don't like watching myself on video but it was captured and edited so well. We showed our families who were genuinely entertained and loved it. When Richard asked if we like to add on a documentary edit, we did not hesitate to say yes! We love our wedding video and we are so happy we had Royal Films to capture our wedding day on film. -

Their recent expansion and quick growth is testimony to their hard work and enthusiasm. As we were meeting with our photographer, she saw that we had booked Royal Films as our videographer. She was astonished! We were wondering why and she shared that she had worked a wedding with them a few months ago and that they were the most professional people she has seen before. While we are yet to have our engagement video and wedding filmed, we are already delighted by the level of professionalism and flexibility they have shown.
I have also known Richard for a while, I can attest to his character and responsibility and I can imagine that it'll only transfer to his work life. Do business with people you can trust, and we certainly trust Richard and Tracy! -

I was recommended Royal Films by my sister who enjoyed her wedding film and who was able to speak to Richard about additional edits to make it perfect. Tracy and Richard spent the time to learn what parts of the wedding day were important for us to document and together, they captured everything in an organic and authentic way, from documenting the whole day in the sweet quiet moments and celebratory dancing. Their highlight film was a balanced and stunning snapshot of the full day, which was fun to share with family and friends. The full film followed all the special moments, ceremony, and speeches and the Well Wishes video booth gave spotlight to everyone who had something sweet, caring, and funny to share. We are grateful to have been the joyful stars in this wedding documentary which we will cherish for years to come. -
