Best Tiramisu you will ever have!

We buy all of the cakes for family occasions from Roma Bakery of Blue Bell -- birthday celebrations, anniversaries (and of course we always wind up buying pastries and cookies, too, when we visit the shop), so we knew that we wanted Roma to make our wedding cake for us. We even had a sample cake several weeks before the ceremony, so we could 'taste' the pound cake with raspberry filling. To be honest, every cake we have ever bought from Roma, including the 'taster' cake, paled in comparison to our wedding cake. That Italian buttercream icing was utterly to DIE for, and the raspberry was a perfect complement.. did I mention that the icing was amazing? It was thick, and velvet-smooth; sweet, but not cloying; the best word I think is probably 'rich'. The cake was decorated to our exact specifications, customized for us, and delivered on time and in perfect condition. :-)

Just to say many thanks for the AMAZING cake that you made for us - it really did look awesome! Best wedding cake I've ever seen anyway, and it tasted even better, so thanks very much. Everyone commented on how good it was. Take care. Paul and Vicky M.
