I have my engagement ring and wedding band from Rogers and Hollands and I love them both! My rings are very unique and dainty (very much what I was looking for). I didn't want an engagement ring that was very typical and looked like every other big gaudy ring out there. It did seem like they were a bit understaffed when we went there because we had to wait a little while to be assisted in looking at the different rings up close. The Lifetime warranty is well worth the extra money too. I don't have to worry about losing a stone or my ring breaking because they'll take care of anything! Decent prices too!

Engagement ring was wrong size. All the receipts and paperwork confirm we ordered a size 7.5 but we received a size 5.5. Kinda ruined the big moment when it wouldn't go on and when we went back to get it fixed the staff were reluctant to take care of us and get it fixed quickly. Also, rings seem overpriced compared to competitors, just go somewhere else.
