We got married 9-14-19. We searched and searched for the perfect venue for us. And when we came across Rock Creek Farm, we knew immediately that this was the venue we wanted. The O’Malley family (owners) are just wonderful. They treat you like you’ve known them for years. We have never once felt like we were just another client because they don’t treat you that way. The venue has a breathtaking bar area and a beautiful pond. We highly recommend Rock Creek Farm for any event!

Charlene and the Rock Creek Farm team are AMAZING to work with! Our wedding was beautiful, and I can't imagine us getting married anywhere else! We had a summer wedding, and the barn wasn't too hot - it actually had a great breeze through the reception. Charlene and Dave were great before and during our wedding. They were super present and receptive to all questions, and Charlene and I were in constant communication, which took a lot of stress off of my plate. If you are looking for a modern barn venue, I would HIGHLY recommend this gorgeous location!

The venue was beautiful! It was everything I had ever dreamed of. Charlene and Dave did an excellent job and they were great people to work with. They were so helpful and did anything they could to help make our day perfect!

I was hired to DJ a wedding. The lady allowed me to pull my vehicle up to the ramp to unload my gear. wedding was perfect, reception was perfect, then about 8pm the lady in charge of the venue came up to my DJ area and told me to play a song to get everyone dancing. She went from table to table and made everyone gather around the dance floor. I asked her politely to allow me to do my job as the bride and groom gave me the music they desired. Folks were dancing and enjoying the event. What she didn't know was I was the best friend of the wedding party. I knew what i was doing. I have been doing this for 20 years and NEVER had a negative referral. That part didn't bother me as much, since i tactfully handled that situation. At 9pm the lady approached me and told me that the music was too loud and i need to drop to 78db. what she didn't know was i am a sound engineer for Gettysburg College and i informed her at 78db the party is over. the reservation was until 11pm. she walked away and i didn't see her again. The photographers noted as well that she was very hyper and trying to control our professional expertise. Finally at the end of the evening i was loading my DJ gear at the same location i unloaded it. after a few trips up and down the stairs this man was standing there and was very vulgar and totally offended me. Calling me a fat f#@K and to get the hell out of here. i was totally shocked and didn't even know who he was. he didn't identify himself but continued to verbally assault me. he had me to the point i didn't know what else to do, so i went inside and asked the folks from the wedding party to witness incase he got out of hand. Finally i realized he was the man who lived in the house where the venue was. I wasn't about to vacate the property until l had all my gear. Book this place at your own risk. I am a retired military veteran and work as a professional Certified Technology Specialist for higher education. I have never been so insulted in my life.
