I loved my cake place! This place was not only the least expensive in Southeastern Wisconsin, but hands down the best tasting as well! This bakery is willing to add extras and work creatively with you at minimum to no additional cost! She did more extravagent fillings (baileys cream and chocolate with chocolate chunk shavings) as well as a layer of ganache at no extra charge! She also did colored sugar flowers at a flat fee of $10! These people really make you feel like their most important customer!

Rochester deli made us a squared, red velvet cake. It was wonderful, tasted just as good as our taste testing! We got so many compliments.

Tried their cake at a wedding show, then went there to make sure we wanted it. Met personally with the chef that bakes it, he went over everything with us. Let us try another piece of cake. He then comped our lunch for us too! I gave him a copy of exactly what i wanted the cake to look like, they did a good job. The cake was a tad dry, and the writing on the layers were not very professional looking - it was just plain old writing, not fancy at all. But they did do a nice job.
