Robyn Kessler is hands down the best photographer we could have chosen for our wedding. For the service she provides, her price is WELL worth it. She made our special day look even more amazing than I remember it which is exactly what you want from a photographer, right? I hate the way I look in pictures and she made me feel happy about the way I looked on my wedding day and in wedding photographs. What is special about Robyn, aside from her artistic abilities and ingenious lightbox photo editing skills, is that she gets to know you as a couple before starting to shoot. We sat down with her over wine and cakepops and just talked for an hour or two before the engagement shoot, so that when we were there with her taking pictures, it just felt comfortable. I also love that Robyn directs you with how to be with your partner physically so the pictures look affectionate, but she doesn't make pictures that feel posey posey, like standing awkwardly side by side and holding hands (not sure why that picture ever became a thing!). Robyn has a way of capturing moments, not just taking pictures. She captures looks, reactions, greetings, tears. And has a knack for picking beautifully which pictures to provide in color and which in black and white. All of this is simply to say if you can snag Robyn as your wedding photographer, you're winning already. You won't be disappointed.
