Hi!

We're Kristen and Matt, an enthusiastic & fun, husband & wife wedding photography team based out of Santa Barbara. We absolutely LOVE making your wedding day experience amazing! We photograph weddings clear from Thousand Oaks all the way to San Luis Obispo.

It is important to us that the experience you have is just as amazing as the photographs themselves. The experience you have taking your photos is what you will remember when you look back at your wedding photographs. We photograph a mix of fun and formal photos in a photo journalistic, editorial style that tells your wedding day story from getting ready to your reception. We are artists balanced with an strong organizational side to the photographs we create :)

At the core, we believe photographs build memories. Take a moment to think about it - When you were four years old, you had a toy. And you may remember the toy. But something magical happened later on when you got older and looked back at a photo of you as a child with that toy. Through the photo you now can remember the smell of the toy, the sounds it made, the imagination and fantasies you imagined with it. Photographs build memories. Photos fill in the blank spaces of your memories with the details and emotions that allow you to rewind yourself to the moment, to the sounds and smells, to the flavors of that memory. And when the memory is as great as the day of your wedding, it's worth rewind and reliving again and again and again!

Music is the same way. Do you ever hear a song, and stop everything you're doing and feel the memories attached with that song slowly emerge from somewhere beneath the surface of your memory, and you allow the song to rewinding you to a specific moment in your life and all of the emotions and feelings that go along with it? That's the power of music. That's the power of photographs.

We know over the next several months you're not just going to 'plan' your wedding. At no other point in your life will every one of these friends and family members be together in one place at the same time. People may have flown in or traveled from far. Your closest friends are all in one place with your family. It's an amazing celebration of personalities and those closest to you in your life. We get that too!

COLLECTIONS - MAKING IT EASY

We like to be easy to do business with so we've made all of our pricing public and super easy to understand. And as a bonus, we've structured our pricing to make it extremely competitive for the modern style we offer. Every collection includes the type of stuff we would want at our wedding, including two photographers to cover more angles, the high resolution images in digital file format with printing privileges, an online gallery to share your images. The only difference between the collections is the amount of time you want us at your wedding. That's it. Very very simple.
