Reverend Ty Holmes is an interfaith minister and wedding officiant in New York City. Reverend Holmes takes his work to heart, believing that love is a sacred gift and a teacher of all those who experience it. Apart from his work as a wedding officiant, Reverend Holmes is also a loving husband, father, spiritual counselor, couples coach and yoga instructor. His wedding ceremonies are filled with laughter, love, and respect for the beautiful commitment you are making as a couple.

Experience
Reverend Holmes was ordained by the One Spirit Interfaith Seminary in New York City. He soon became involved with One Spirit Learning Alliance, a New-York based interfaith spirituality and learning center. Reverend Holmes co-founded their service branch, One Spirit in Action, which brings resources and volunteer support to struggling communities around the world.

Reverend Holmes offers religious, non-denominational, interfaith and secular wedding ceremonies to all types of diverse couples. Each ceremony is individually crafted to honor your path to love and the sacred commitment you are making to each other. Reverend Holmes writes original poems with each couple to add a unique touch to the ceremony, and invites family and friends to be an active part of the ceremony. He is open to suggestions and will include your individual touches to make your ceremony match your wedding day vision.

If you are interested in pre-wedding counseling, Reverend Holmes also offers couples workshops as part of his practice. These workshops are designed to teach you how to strengthen your relationship with time and practice communication techniques that strengthen your bond before and after marriage.
