Working with Stacey was an absolute dream. We met several times prior to the ceremony to discuss exactly what we wanted to be said, how we wanted to show our commitment to each other during the ceremony, and the overall flow and feel of the ceremony. Stacey listened to all of our thoughts and requests and worked with us to craft exactly what we wanted from the ceremony. My wife and I were very intentional about wanting a ceremony in a church, and Stacey guided us to passages from scripture that would not only describe our commitment as a couple but were also progressive in their language and sentiment, which is also something we wanted from the ceremony. Stacey also graciously agreed to say a blessing prior to the meal at our reception, which was absolutely lovely.

Ms. Midge was very accommodating. My daughter wanted her long time friend who was a Minister to be part of the service and Ms. Midge was very flexible about it. Her service was relevant and meaningful. She is also very non judge mental.

It was a joy to have Stacey officiate our wedding! She was extremely flexible given the unpredictability of COVID. Originally one of our close friends was going to officiate and Stacey was just going to say a prayer, but our friend came down with COVID at the last minute, and Stacey stepped in to do the full officiating. We exchanged emails about my faith and my husband's different relationship to faith, and she figured out a way to balance our needs. Then we had a web conference conversation where we hammered out all of the details. She also came to our rehearsal and gave us advice about how to make the ceremony go smoothly. She is beautifully articulate about matters of the heart and very flexible to make sure that the ceremony reflected who we both are. When I wasn't sure what I wanted in any aspect of the ceremony, she came through with multiple suggestions to choose from so I wasn't just trying to figure things out myself. I feel like she collaborated with me to create the experience that I wanted, and standing there in front of her with my future husband as we said our vows will be one of my most treasured memories.

Rev. Stacey was amazing for our family to work with during my sister’s wedding. She kept things on task, was well organized and FUN! She took the time to get to know my sister & BIL and that was demonstrated throughout the process. Having been married and in numerous weddings I would highly recommend her.

Rev. Midge officiated for me twice. The first was in my living room when an election outcome had me and my spouse worried about our right to marry as two women. The second time was at our planned and public ceremony, six months later. Both services were interfaith, Rev. Midge worked well with the rabbi and this was not her first time collaborating with one. Rev. Midge listened to us, to our stories, and helped us craft a ceremony that was a unique representation of our commitment. She has years of officiating experience and will bring creativity and a ‘let’s make it happen’ energy to your planning process.
