Oh my goodness, this was some of the best barbecue ever. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was thrilled at not having to eat the wedding staple - pre-cooked chicken, steak, or fish. We ordered a bunch of appetizers, as well as the "three-alarm" bbq deal with chicken, pulled pork and brisket. The food was piping hot (and we had a chilly rainy wedding day, so this was critical), the mac&cheese should probably be illegal it's so good, and the service was perfect. I didn't get to sample the appetizers, but from what I gather, people enjoyed those as well. We wanted to do something different, and our guests liked the food so much they went back for seconds, and some thirds. People literally cleaned their plates. If you're looking to break away from the standard wedding foods and want to serve something that your guests will actually be excited to eat, this is the vendor for you! Chuck, the owner, was awesome and such a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend ResQ BBQ highly enough!!! I'm putting this review on another website too to make sure people know how awesome this is!

THIS COMPANY HAS THE BEST BBQ I HAVE EVER HAD! THE FOOD WAS AMAZING THE OWNERS ARE SO SWEET AND HELPFUL! THEY MAKE MAC AND CHEESE THAT WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I HONESTLY THINK THEY NEED TO STOP CATERING AND OPEN UP A RESTAURANT! THE PRICE THEY GAVE US WAS THE CHEAPEST OUT OF THE TONS OF PLACES WE LOOKED AND THEY HAD THE BEST FOOD OUT OF ALL THE PLACED WE LOOKED. THE STAFF INTERACTED WITH GUESTS IN A POSTIVE UPBEAT WAY THAT MADE EVERYONE NOT ONLY ENJOY THE FOOD, BUT ENJOY THE NIGHT!
