A professional entertainment company based out of Honolulu, Hawaii, Remixx Sound & Entertainment provides live music, DJ, and MC services, as well as lighting and photo booths so all your wedding day entertainment is covered. Owner and musician/engineer Ben has a team of experienced performers that incorporate the aloha spirit into their performances to ensure you and your guests have a fun and magical night.

Services Offered

Remixx Sound & Entertainment provides consultations to ensure they are a great fit and that they understand your vision for your big day. They only schedule one event per day so you don’t have to feel rushed and can enjoy your entertainment for your entire event. Remixx plays a wide range of musical genres that will suit most any taste, from Christian, country, electronic, and hip-hop, to jazz, oldies, Asian, pop/rock, and more. Ben is amazing!! He went above and beyond his duties, to make sure our wedding was taking care of. From recommending venues and vendors to helping out with the set up. He truly made us feel like Ohana. Definitely we will be booking him more more events, and so will our guests. Thank you Ben!!! you’re awesome!!

I hired Remixx for my wedding at Queen Emma summer palace in Aug 2018. There’s so much to say about this pro and his service to excellence. The DJ set up and assistance with the program was exactly what I envisioned and more. The coordination and professionalism that Ben provided along with Alex the Emcee is unmatched for the price point of service. Alex was hilarious and entertaining and kept our crowd laughing and engaged throughout the night. They both were very accommodating with my adjustments in schedule and worked to ensure myself and my bride did not feel rushed at any point of the night. Our crowd wasn’t much of the dancing type and we didn’t plan a segment to have dancing as part of our program but the music selection still made people want to get up and dance. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the quality of service and would recommend them for your next event!

Horrible DJ & emcee NIGHTMARE!

This is the worst DJ ever! don’t ever hire them. The emcee was horrible, all they kept on doing was talking instead of playing music. I even created a playlist of all the songs that we wanted them to play and they didn’t start playing it until I told them they had to start playing the music that I specially listed. The only regret that I have was hiring this vendor. Our wedding guests enjoyed every part of our wedding with the exception of the DJ and emcee. Our guests were even telling them to start playing different music. I had given a program of events to follow which they did not. I was expecting a more experienced and professional dj and emcee. the emcee was a joke it also seemed like he was insulting some of my guests. beware!!!!! Please do not hire this vendor if you want to have a great wedding. If you don’t want your guests to enjoy your wedding then you can hire these fools.
