If your looking for a cheap dress don't go here. This boutique is pure quality. It is no Davids bridal. This boutique is a brides dream. From the moment I tried my dress on i knew it was THE dress...I finally felt like a bride when i walked in this store..Rita was wonderful...she helped me choose my dress based on what i wanted and not what she wanted to sell me.... I am very particular with clothing and when it came to my gown it had to be perfect...Rita did just that, she made it perfect..i have a small frame with lots of curves..Rita fitted my gown as if it were second skin...she never rushed anything but was always on time with everything keeping my nerves at bay...the quality of her skills and professionalism are a rarity in today's world.. if you are looking for an amazing, unforgettable, stunning, to die for gown this is the place to go....

Regionals bridal was the first bridal shop I went to. Rita is such a sweet person and extremely helpful. She knows what she is doing and you won't have any worries with her taking care of you. She didn't have too many dresses in my size but one of the ones she had in my size was the dress. The dress was absolutely stunning and I loved it. After going to a few other shops and not finding the dress, I found myself back to that first dress that I knew was the one.

I found my dress prior to Reginella moving to Middletown. It was on a great sale because of their move which was a great perk. Rita worked with me for about 90 minutes until we found the perfect dress and then veil. This first visit was fabulous and exceed all expectations and prior experiences I have had. My dress was 6 sizes too big so it required a lot of alterations.
As I live in FL I did not get to see my dress for over 9 months. Reginella allowed for FOUR fittings. This was excellent as the large size needed taking in (obviously), added sweetheart design, bustle and finally hemming. I really didn't work with Rita again after the first visit and was a little disappointed in this because she really is the best. Even without her right there, the girls did a perfect job with my dress. There was one scare that I could have done without. I had an appointment for my final fitting on Wednesday (our wedding was on a Friday). 90 minutes before my appointment I received a phone call asking to change the appointment to Friday morning. When I reminded them my wedding was Friday they immediately made arrangements for a Thursday fitting instead. Thankfully my dress was ready and fit perfectly when I picked it up. Overall I was VERY pleased with Reginella's and would recommend them to anyone as they truly take the time to find you the perfect dress.
