This was the best jewelry store. My girlfriend and I have been looking for months for the perfect ring. Had we known just how great REEDS was going to be we would have gone there first. The professionalism and patience witbus was amazing. Very personal and far from pushy. They went above and beyond to met all of our needs. Seeing just how differnt it was compared to the other 7 stores we visited compelled me to write my first online review. Wally and his staff are leaps and bounds ahead of the others. My husband and I bought both of our rings (diamond, wedding bands) among other jewelry from Reeds. My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Reeds, and we also purchased our wedding bands from them. They were very easy to work with and quite knowledgeable. We had looked at other stores for our bands, but we were so disappointed in the salespeople that we encountered that we ended up coming back to Reeds in the Mount Pleasant Town Center. When our bands arrived, my fiance didn't like his, and they were very nice about exchanging it for a different one that they had in their store. Luckily, they had one that fit him and everything. I would definitely recommend them!
